I haven't ever seen any action towards ******ion done by police especially in Ivory Park ext 3 exactly at Goniwe to all the foreign owned ****a shops. If it happens I disappear it's related.

False advertising Vodacom
I'm so disappointed in vodacom with this 3g mobile prime video monthly free subscription since they gave it to me it has never worked and seems like false advertising. It's forever saying my device is offline.

Super bad service
It's been two weeks now busy calling you guys to fix my network issues and now you have deactivated my sim without my concern and yet I don't even owe you. I'm so tired of calling your call center because all I get is the matter has been escalated and someone will call me back but nothing is happening. I have been waiting for a call from your side even now there's nothing. Now I'm paying for something that doesn't work and it's quite frustrating because I have to spend again just to talk to you about the same problem. It seems like nobody wants to help or they just don't know what they're doing.

Unresponsive Customer Service
I bought Bluetooth earbuds from them and the left one doesn't work anymore. I contacted them and still no response. Worst service ever.

Rain 5G is a nightmare
Since I upgraded to 5G everything is a mess being calling rain almost 3 times a week from the 7th of November with the same problem till today the 24th still no help. All I'm getting is a list of reference numbers and no service. They keep on saying reset the router or we've escalated the matter but I'm still suffering from a poor connection. If the router doesn't restart on its own, it's the buffering. My signal strength is between -96 to -138 dBm and they telling me all is well on their side. Their call centre agents are like robots just repeating the same thing. I'm so frustrated right now if there was a better option for wireless internet I would've dropped them immediately. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get any of their 5G subscriptions. I had hope on a dying horse. Ek is gatvol really.

Nokia G10 is rip off
I bought Nokia G10 from Pep cell in June, I'm so very disappointed that I wish the phone was never had been made at all and I don't understand why such a big company can produce such a useless product. I contacted Nokia on so many times and I never got a solution to this mess they produced. This thing keeps freezing and sometimes you can't even see who calling or nonetheless answer it. I've factory restarted this thing over five times, updated to the latest software, changed google account and even used it with it's default apps just to see what's going here but it still freezes. I never got to speak to a service person except this useless Qbots they have on their sites. I've written so many emails and Nokia hasn't bothered to answer. If I had money to buy a new phone I would smash this thing and get a better product from a best company and never buy anything from this useless Nokia company. Nokia android smartphones are a rip off and I wish we can have a petition to stop people from buying them. I'm really gatvol with this product.
