I have had issues with transferring funds. I attempted 6 times - Each time the transaction gets cancelled and reversed. I tried speaking to customer service on the App. Firstly, I had to wait almost 15 minutes I get through to a consultant. When I finally get through (to Franck) , I state my issue and for the next 12 minutes - I get no response. Thereafter, I get transferred to another consultant (Vincent Chizinga) who also says nothing. My message with my issues was sent at 15:46. At 16:15, I am yet to receive any response
Great service and good prices (I went to the Midrand branch). Just a tip, have a pic of your license disk with you. Easier to track the correct model of your car
Firstly, It's great to have the bank open till 6pm I needed a new card - was in and out (Stoneridge branch) within 9 minutes. Perfect
I have gotten fiber through vumatel late in 2021 (around Oct/Nov) I probably had 8 outages to date Turnaround time is ridiculous
Almost non existent customer service. The wait to reach an operator is wayyyy too long. Even worse is that after the wait, you are sometimes hung up on or the operator's line goes to voicemail. After getting through, they cannot get my details corrected. The CXN code has been forever incorrect and I can't be assisted with this I have to go through this every 2nd/3rd month because service is down. (This is an ISP issue)
Vumatel has once again failed to deliver. Logged a fault on Saturday, yet to have anyone assist me.

This has to be the worst service out there. My previous service was through Telkom, an ailing SOE - but service was still better than this. I've had vumatel fibre for just over a year now, and this must be my 6th issue already. This time it's been over 52 hours without connectivity, and there's no way of getting hold of vumatel or tracking the issue. I just wish open serve can take over this area
