Last year I bought a tree cutting machine. It got broken in January 2025. I took it for repairs at Makro, Silver Lakes, Pretoria, Gauteng. After the repairs, in a month's time, it was brought back to me dirty. I couldn't believe that such a big brand could be so unprofessional. If one takes one's car for service, serious car businesses, who cares about customer service, will bring back the car clean, even though there's a charge for it.
I bought a trimmer in January 2025 from Builders Warehouse, Woodlands, Pretoria. In March 2025, it refused to work. There was a smell coming from its small motor engine, hence it did not continue cutting or trimming. I took it for repairs back to the store. I was called after three (03) weeks and told that I need to pay just above R500-00 for them to continue fixing it. First, the machine was less than three (03) months, from the date of purchase. Second, the amount I was told to pay nearly equals a new machine or trimmer. Thirdly, I was being blamed for breaking it. I told them to fix it and sell it for themselves because that's basically what they want. They *****ed me, as I bought the machine, and they still want to continue, if I pay for the repairs.
Management of Boulevard Southern Sun treated me like a ********. Five minutes towards my check out they refused to give my laundry. I was meant to pay together with my stay just b4 check out. They opted to escort me to my room for payment. I hv never seen such rudeness in my entire life. I hv also never failed to pay a hotel bookings. Tourism is about an experience Mikateko and Lydia. It is how you treat others irrespective of the instructions from whoever... Dissapointing and rudeness!!!
I made onto their home loan account with the intention of settling my bond. This was done in August 2024. I'm now made to run around between Absa and them to resolve and reverse the money to the correct account. None knows what needs to be done.
This company is providing poor service. I drove for two weeks after renewal with an expired disc. They sent a message of delivery with no ref number and yet when your make enquiries, they demand a ref number that you were never sent. The staff is unprofessional including the drivers. I'm not going to use their services anymore. If I got a ticket, they were going to pay it.
I'm a client for this Company but their service sucks. I had a break in on New Year's Day. No feedback was given after they visited our premises. I requested to speak with their manager, and I am yet to see one to get clarity.
This Company is really letting SA citizens down. I count myself specifically in this. From Friday 6 January 2023, I am without electricity. I have been trying to call their Customer Centre to no avail. Weekends, they are not reachable. When you finally get a consultant, all you get is excuses until your line goes off due to their loadshedding. This is real sabotage to citizens.
This company continues to dissapoint me. An enquiry to them just get ignored. They have too much hence they no longer care about them.
Consultant came to give us a quote on burglar door. All was agreed upon & 70% deposit was paid. Promised to be assisted with the burglar in the next 5 working days. I have been calling and promises are made, no delivery now that my money has been taken.
Till today and after two reviews, no phone call from Vodacom. Though they promised to give me a call.
