You're going to waste your money!
I bought a brand new Defy Aquawave Technology washing machine from Makro for R5500, and let me tell you it's an absolute WASTE OF MONEY! This washing machine is level in our bathroom and I HATE it! It's loud when spinning, as if the belts on the drum is not tight, and this thing uses water as if it's free in South-Africa! Instead of programming it properly, it uses water for EVERYTHING. The cycle will reset itself an infinite of times to even out the clothes. I HATE THIS THING! I should have added a R500-R1000 and bought a proper machine.

TERRIBLE service!
I've been struggling for almost a month to get feedback on items I paid for but never received! R597.00 that I have nothing to show for! The only way to get feedback is if I call them. To get through to an agent is another hustle. TERRIBLE background music loudly playing in your ear. Every other day when you get through to the call centre you have to speak to someone else and explain your scenario from the start. 0/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKEALOT!! Saving a bit because they are cheaper is NOT worth the hustle to get your items or money back!!
