WORST SERVICE AT MAKRO GONUBIE EAST LONDON
I've been standing here for almost an hour,....I Saw a Samsung Sound Bar online that cost 1700 when I got to your store in Gonubie it was R2000 ...I then ordered it online for pick up which I was not advised that I would have to wait for it to appear on your system. I was shocked after payment that it would take longer than I expected....I am standing here asking for my refund they are telling me it would take seven days... MTN IS REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY
On the 24 August 2022,I made a duplicate payment on the MTN App, I phoned them same day to request a refund, I was asked to submit a bank statement ,i emailed it on the 26th August and again in the 31st August.. I still have not received my refund, yesterday I was told that it was processed on the 3rd September, I phoned this morning am being told its not processed yet...
