My mirror was not delivered its Day 13 today apparently it was broken during transit and there was no communication from one day only .I WANT MY MONEY BACK

WORST SERVICE AT MAKRO GONUBIE EAST LONDON
I've been standing here for almost an hour,....I Saw a Samsung Sound Bar online that cost 1700 when I got to your store in Gonubie it was R2000 ...I then ordered it online for pick up which I was not advised that I would have to wait for it to appear on your system. I was shocked after payment that it would take longer than I expected....I am standing here asking for my refund they are telling me it would take seven days... I am ****ed because I don't even live in east London

MTN IS REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY
On the 24 August 2022,I made a duplicate payment on the MTN App, I phoned them same day to request a refund, I was asked to submit a bank statement ,i emailed it on the 26th August and again in the 31st August.. I still have not received my refund, yesterday I was told that it was processed on the 3rd September, I phoned this morning am being told its not processed yet... I want my money back REF : 1- **********27
