What an absolute joke. Notified via sms , credit card blocked possible *****. The number on the sms. does not recognise my number. I CALL. Being told it's an apple decution, my question who told you to block the card , transaction is authorised. Agent can't help, as usual get transferred, then I get questioned on the transaction as if I reported it ***** and asked the cancellation. THEN I GET TOD TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE =- 3RD FNB EMPLOYEE. So let meundertsand you block my card for no reason - AND IT BECOMES MY PROBLEM. I HATE THIS BANK 30 YEAR CUSTOMER - NO SERVICE, SHOCKING
Shocking customer service, Callcentre agents just transfer without explaining and then no one can help and correct problem. I have a personal and business account. All accounts reflect under personal profile yet business loan doe snot reflect anywhere - YET IYT IS MY PROBLEM TO SPEND AN HOUR ON A CALL .... AND STILL NO INTEREST TO FIX AND/OR EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM... Please cancel all my business I will be transferring

Approved overdraft. Complete documents send bank to business banker. He does not respond or confirm receipt. His email says call this number to follow up business desk 087 575 9479. WHAST A JOKE THE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST!!! Banking chat via banking app - absolute waste of time. A takes 10 minutes to reply and then only to say will escalate - why even offer this service??? Called banker number 087 736 2247 - again all they can say is escalate. DEAR FNB is this how you try and assist a business ...???? Absolutely shocking..!!!
FNB AND DIRECTAXIS ARE DISHONEST.!!! Allowing debit orders which was not approved and not being returned. responded in email to directaxis when the sent an email confirming our agreement with debit order which was never done. Asking for prove not provided yet FNB is not returning my debit order even they don't have any prove. Not even calling me
What a dishonest and *****ulent company with the most *********** and rude call centre agents. Paid full balance as reflected on banking App. Was called and told I should have asked my settlement amount. When I asked how it is possible that any settlement amount given would be MORE than the full balance - and argument ensued with no response. Received email thanking my approval for agreeing debit order. NEVER DID...!!!!!!!!!!! Deduction was made and @fnb has not returned by debit order - STILL ASKING FOR PROVE OF MY AGREEMNT FOR DEDUCTION... ! Don't do business they are dishonest AND *******.
upgraded line speed. Line speed not upgraded. Technicians sent to my house. Two of them They replace a box and states an engineer must fix something. The next week they deny that two Technicians were in my house..... THEY KEEP ON denying even after I correct them. THEY REFUSE TO FIX ... 3 weeks later ..... they cannot fix a speed problem AND very time cool ideas follow up they LIE. THE MOST ********* DISHONEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY VUMATEL. FNB sends me an sms: Stating I was requested to confirm information on my business account - THIS IS A LIE NO ONE CONTACTED ME BEFORE SMS Threatening me that account will blocked. The sms state go to FNB banking app business solutions //compliance update - THERE IS NO COMPLIANCE UPDATE TAB ANOTHER LIE - BUT YOU WANT TO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT. They then give a number 0877362247 and say go to option 5. THE OPTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BUSINESS ACCOUNT. NO ONE PICKS UP AND CUT THE CALL YET YOU WANT TO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE // DISHONEST BANK WITH NO INTEGRITY - HAPPY TO MOBVE MY BUSINESS
Harassment...!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total sports I did not provide consent to be called by a telemarketer 5 times in a month for NUMEROUS products. STOP!!!!!!!!!! I am not interested in anything Your outsourced agents cannot even speak in understandable English. Remove me form your contact and marketing list
