AfriHost LTE deals confusion, I added the 100mbps line at R 599 and the router, when it arrived I got a 20mbps line instead via Telkom sim internet, you get a 10TB uncapped internet that expires after using 500G data, now capped at 1.5 mbps, great isn't it? False adverti*****t, when speaking to Afrihost the response is actually if you are not happy please pay a cancelation fee of R999. Think twice before you add them to your shopping list.
You cant rate them, absolutely no service, cant get paid out after you sold something, this was the last time I am using them, for years it was good but not anymore. Hellopeter ask their email below, wont help, waste of time.

I cancelled this policy within a few hours after paying,now you cant refund my money because i cancelled after the waiting period,now what is the waiting period,the second after payment is done? Then the waiting period is over? Your website give incorrect information,your policy docunent the same about the refund,money back gaurentee ? No ways it us true. If i was misleaded when i was standing in front of your door for your services then how can i trust it once i passed that door? Unacceptable misleading advertizing to gain.
No money back gaurentee as promised,cancel after 3 hours,mailed to no one home so guess their members also have no benefit as promised
Total scam, stay away from them and here is why: They quickly approve your loan and send you a contract but.but you must pay them a initial hefty fee, in my case it was R8980,79, once you have paid that your money will be in your account within a few hours. All lies, when you paid that they will send you another contract demanding even much more money, please pay the transfer cost as well as insurance fee and then we will pay in the money, it was here when I got suspicious and asked Stramfin ( Patricia ) to please cancel this scheme and to refund the entire amount. Within 30 minutes she replied that they ask a 30% cancellation fee so once I pay them 30% of my first amount then they will pay me back my money. People of South Africa, stay away from them as far as you can, run, run run. I already opened a case at the bank and SAP for fraud. Their website have changed from .co.za to .com and is most of the time offline or apparently systems down. After months I realized that Netstar had the wrong number plate on my car they are tracking, I was not aware of this because I never had access to my account because Netstar was arranged by Dotsure insurance company who had that details. After email after email I received a full tracking record for the months I could not access my account, this is for Netstar to proof that they have tracked my car but when I studied the information I found that they lost my car on a daily basis and also showed my car parked at places I never went, I send them a email explaining that there is something not right. I sold this car about 2 months ago and asked Netsar to deactivate the device in that car, the service operator said they will only deactivate the device once a new tracking device is fitted to my new car at a expense. Please follow my emails to them below after which I was threatened to be listed at the credit bureau for breeching the contract for not paying them the last 2 months, well who will pay them? Email one : Dear Netstar A Netstar tracker device was fitted to my car but I never could login or see my car on the tracker app on my phone, I did receive a call from one of your agents where I notified her that my cars registration number was wrong when I received your invoice attached, never had a car with a EVL 848 FS numberplate and registration , she rectified the problem and also assisted me to access my account so that I at least could see my cars track record, I recently traded this car in and could not track my handling of the car back further than the day my registration number was changed on my car. This kind of shocked me because all the time my car had the wrong vehicle registration number so if it was stolen during the almost year it would have been more difficult or maybe impossible, maybe it was not even my car that was tracked, I don’t know, all I know is that the payment was deducted every month and I thought all was okay. I then asked your agent if they can fit the tracker to my new car, she said yes at a cost of I think it was something like R660. Pm Now I am happy to go on with this but I do feel that Netstar should reimburse me somehow for tracking my car with the wrong number plate registration for almost a year, if my car was stolen during this time it could have been gone forever because of this, in a way I am sure the technicians who fitted the device should have just check that my cars registration number was correct. In a way I feel let down because I could not supply the car dealer with a proper driving report on how well I treated this car during this last year, hardly ever went over 90 to 100 km/h with a new car I will appreciate your feedback or suggestions how we can solve this, as I said, I am more than happy to get the new device installed and to continue with my subscription. I also want Netstar to stop the device in the Kia Picanto as it is not with me anymore. I am a bit worried that Netstar refuses to deactivate the tracking device in the car I sold almost 2 months ago, this make me worry about my own security at Netstar, what safety is this and what a breach of privacy this is to the new owner unaware that he have a tracking device and someone else can see their whereabouts. With this in mind I realized that Netstar is not trustable at all to track my new vehicle and therefor I don’t want a Netstar device fitted into my car ever again. I will notify the new owner of the breaching of his privacy by Netstar who refuses to deactivate the tracking device in his car, what he do with this is up to him. I also want to note that as Netstar record every call, also have I recorded every conversation from your service consultants, especially where I was told that they will not deactivate the sold car’s tracking device before the new one is fitted to my new car, this is not the way to threaten people to fit the new device or else they will keep tracking the sold car, also not the way to go about business?. Anyway, the way forward is Netstar must send me a cancelation fee bill, this I will gladly settle to get rid of Netstar in my life. I also want to have a copy of the contract with Netstar referred to by your accounts department that I never received as my attorney require this. I bought from Blender Market, excellent return policy as long as you follow procedures, followed procedures and the Blender 3D software addon not working, crashed Blender to the Desktop, the Rock creator did not work as advertised. I requested a refund from them, received a email from Ryan Berger that he refunded the amount paid, no refund until now and also no reply from him either. Will never buy anything from them again. The creator of the addon is Damian Moroski
