I was involved in an accident - I was not the guilty party. Submitted the claim to Outsurance and received excellent service from MERRIAM MONNAKGOTLA. To get service like that these days is amazing. Well done - I have been with Outsurance for many years - my first claim and I am very impressed.
I have recently purchased a lot of items from Fair Price East Rand Boksburg The service received is pathetic. They deliver damaged, broken goods and then take days to respond to any query.I have been back to the shop three times in the past two days to get a bedroom side table and I still do not have it. They did not deliver the *****s either to put the unit together (and I was told it comes assembled).On my previous order I was charged twice for a delivery to the same address because I bought an extra item?This place is in serious need of a management overhaul and to employ people that understand customer service.I would not recommend this place to anyone Mr A Grobelny
Took out a month to month WiFi contract with MTN. Was told it was R269 a month. First account paid on +- 20 June - R380 Now received a bill for +-R580........havent ebven been with them for 3 weeks? Emailed them - zero feedback Escalated to their complaints address - zero feedback Prepared to pay but not to be ********** by a incompetant pathetic company How can a company provide a service but have no clue how to deliver a service? Good evening, The steak egg and chips that was ordered off the main menu is a total disgrace. The steak was hidden under a fried egg and half of that was just pure fat. I am not a big eater but this is way beyond anything besides theft. The portion was so small that even a lady dining with us said that she has never even seen a kids portion that small. Times may be tough but don’t rip off your customers by serving sub standard, tiny rubbish portions. I will never return – don’t take your loyal customers for idiots. Places like this do not deserve to even be in business. A disgrace and a rip off – shocked and ****ed off. Tony
The service from the Boksburg branch of McDonalds is beyond pathetic. I am disgusted to even deal with these pathetic useless assholes. You drive up, order and then the criminals serving you try and rip you off by charging more than R20 than the advertised price. I will never in my life again support this **** hole of a business. This is from the drive through at the branch behind the East Rand mall at 20h13 on 3 November 2021. That you clowns even stay in business is beyond me - a total **** up in the first degree.
