I accidentally made a double payment on duties and iMile refuse to assist with a credit / refund. Phone numbers don't work, Facebook messages are not rep**** to and I get generic copy and paste responses on email with generic tracking info. A separate issue in January where 32 items were ****** from my parcel has still not been attended to after numerous emails and attempts.
Thank you Handsome for saving the day when my laser died this morning with 10 deadlines to get out before noon. He promptly helped me troubleshoot remotely and saved the day getting it working again.
I've been using Host Africa for years now and they're always willing to go the extra mile with technical support.
Excellent service yet again from Handsome at Perfect Lasers. My laser died in the middle of urgent jobs with the added pressure of load shedding. Not only did Ronald from the office give excellent telephonic support but he also manage to schedule me in with a fast call out. Handsome managed to figure out and fix the problem in no time with no additional costs beyond the call out fee. It is a great relief to have such amazing after sale support when the laser becomes such an integral part of your business.
I placed an order for ceiling boards on 6 July with an ETA for delivery on 11 July. I was called to say that the stock they have is damaged and if I can wait an additional 2 - 3 days which I said was fine. Only after inquiring numerous times, the boards were delivered around 9 August but one was badly damaged which was returned. As of yet, I have had no indication or feedback on when the board will be delivered. We are now heading towards 2 months where our renovations are sitting at a standstill and my emails and enquiries are being ignored.
Excellent service from SK at the Randburg branch. I had to travel to JHB for an emergency and SK not only allowed me to use their machine for some urgent jobs but also assisted with training and advice on getting them perfect. The after sales service extends far beyond what is expected.
Membership terminated yet still getting debited. I do have confirmation in writing that my membership was terminated successfully. Please would someone get back to me urgently regarding the reversal of the debit order.
This is the third complaint I've had to post to Hellopeter as I have exhausted every avenue and it seems like this is the only place I get assistance. I have submitted my hospital bill over a dozen times over the past month and I am getting no feedback or acknowledgment of receipt. I have tried via your online portal and your claims email address. Two weeks ago I followed up and was told it was received and I was given a reference number but upon following up again, I am told they have no record of the claim nor the reference number I was given. In combination of the hospital supplying me with a late invoice and Fedhealth's inability to process my claim, I am now days away from the 4 month cutoff to submit the claim. I refuse to pay an account that I have preauthorisation due to Fedhealth's inability to process claims. Please can someone get back to me urgently to help process my claim.
Fedhealth has rejected the blood grouping tests during the birth of my child as they claim I had no authorisation as the authorisation was in my name and not my son's name. How on earth do they propose that I get a separate hospital authorisation on an unborn child for services that form part of the birth? You can't get authorisation before admission as he wasn't born yet and on email, they claim that I should have gotten authorisation while in hospital. This is not a reasonable request and it is a ridiculous expectation to expect a patient to get authorisation from the operating theatre or immediately afterwards for a test that you have absolutely no idea is excluded from your hospital authorisation.
Ordered 500 chocolates on 18 Feb. They have supplied 172 chocolates and I cannot get them to supply the rest. I have been begging for over 6 months now. I am told that my order has been ready since March but they refuse to allow me to collect nor will they deliver the order so I suspect that is not true. This was over a month prior to lockdown so Covid cannot be used as an excuse.
