Pedro's Trade Route Mall service was poor out of stock for nearly everything I ordered. Service delivery for moctails took well over 45 minutes after u placed the order. I totally understand it's a tiresome industry but there were many others that had to leave due to shortage of stock. It's the manager and supervisor that need to be replaced for their lack in effeincy.
Beautiful lodge hidden in our cosy suburb of Hayfields. Tranquility and peace wrapped up in a comfortable surrounding of nature. Really enjoyed our stay.
Why when you pay deligently every month the one month you are late by one day you have to R50 its ridiculous come on gives atleast a day over so we can pay the monthly installment without paying the penalty of r50
I wouldn't say it was the best experience but it wasn't the worse. I would recommend they upgrade their website and be more available to answer calls or msgs. To respond to customers queries whether through msgs calls or whatsapp. Emails sometimes don't reach the customer in real time. Overall experience wasn't so bad. I was fortunate to find my vehicle still in the same condition no damages were incurred during the transit.
I've been a loyal customer for well over 10 years but recently I've noticed their pricing is ridiculous especially with the data. I buy 1 gig for 30days or so they say but it gets used up in a day. Even my whatsapp 1 gig supposed to be 30days but within a week or 10 days it's used up. Where as I used to use vodacom and cell c and my data would last till maybe 2days before the expiry im going to migrate to another cellphone company due to the ridiculous rate on data.
Worse experience ever. Your client wrote off my vehicle by running the red robot and he fled the scene didn't report the accident. But as insurers your'll have to make sure you client gets away even if killed the person cos paying would admit that your client was at fault
Worse experience ever.We all know the saying "The customer is always right" What happens when the client is guilty of a crime. He gets off cos he has a powerful attorney on his side. Alls well and good but in the meantime the leyman like myself and I'm sure many like myself that are the victims get more victimized in the process.
