IF YOU EMAIL, THERE IS ONLY AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO SAY THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BUT NO-ONE DOES SO. I BELIEVE THEY TRY TO MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE SO THAT YOU SIMPLY GIVE UP !!! Please beware anyone who is thinking of ordering furniture from this shop. My daughter ordered a couch,with specific dimensions. It was supposed to take 55-70 days to be delivered. It arrived more than 140 days later. * The couch was the incorrect size * The ottoman was higher than the couch * The side cushions were missing * only one cushion was padded, the others were the wrong size and almost devoid of padding. * All in all it was a complete disaster. We have been trying for 4 weeks now to get them to collect the couch and refund the money. They are rude and unhelpful and absolute ****S !!!! Moustafa suggested that he will collect the couch and return the money at the end of August because 'they have so many refunds to do' The most disgusting service !!! They are a bunch of dishonest *******. BEWARE everyone you will never get what you want. The good reviews are all **** - those names don't exist !!!

Beware anyone dealing with this woman. She hired someone to provide a service on 20 August. The fee was payable before they left Joburg. After spinning a story, this young couple drove 3 hours to the venue. Mallisan promised to pay them - of course she was missing when the time came to drive home. Since then they have been listening to lies and excuses but NO MONEY IS FORTHCOMING. This woman is an absolute con-artist and isn't at all worried about legal threats - she is a CHEAT and a LIAR !!! Do not do business with her !!!!!
