I got all the responses I needed in time and everyone was willing to assist
I am writing this email in complete disappointment in regards to the service that is provided, I placed an order on the 8 of September and I got a message saying delivery was gonna take place on the 13 September 2023, the delivery did not come through i called and the response I got was that the driver was late, and I understood, on Friday the 15th delivery was scheduled and I was told by one of the consultants that it was on route an will be delivered before 5pm, I called again around 4:45 asking id the delivery will take place and again I was re assured but still nothing. Today 18th September I give them a call and I am told by another consultant that it will be escalated to the courier, I don't understand how a courier company working for such a huge retail can have unreliable courier company, I am an unhappy client , again I am using my own resources to follow up on things that should have been delivered, I was told sms are not working properly on Friday, the number of calls I have done with my own following up on ************* courier is not fair at all
Such a useless bank, made an immediate payment on the 1st August 2023 to my mechanic and still now the payment has not reflected in the account, I was charged for that immediate payment, now they say I have to wait 5 days for the investigation, when you call no one tells you the reason of why
My brother invested with them paying montlhy installmets last year, he was suppose to receive his payout on the 9th april 2023 but was told about 15 days waiting period, it is 15 days waiting ended yesterday but no payment still. This is very disappointing as he works very hard to save money and when he has to reap he has to beg, he is sent messages no response. One excuse we have been hearing is investors are paying them late but what about the contracts with people they are not honoring, they need to do better .. as when he signed up these conditions were not mentioned any where, they need to pull up their socks.
Good day Please be aware of people who are scamming people all with a name of Luno stb, they are using a standard bank account 051410583 with reference BX80PHCE, I was scammed 4000 and i wish they could be stopped as they are ruining the reputation of LUNO Whenever the payment is supposed to come its delayed or system is not working which by the way is a picture that is taken from shutter stock Please see attached pictures claiming to have received their payments Here are the numbers which i was contacted on +1805 718 8438 they refer to him as a manager and 0727004396 their email is virgomarkets3@gmail.com I have reported it to the police station as well as its my hard earned money they keep on saying pay you almost done and it never is
I bought a Skyworth 40-inch Android FHD LED TV-40STD6500 on the 4th Nov which was on the store weekly promotion for the 1st Nov - 7th Nov 2021, the promotion was that the TV Is R4499 and came with a free extra which in this instance was a free bracket, the extra applied for both online nd instore purchases, but was very irate today when I got the delivery and the bracket was not included, all I got from consultant is that they will log a complaint for me and all I want is just what was advertised, cause it what I paid for.
