From the 6th of January 2025 I've been struggling with this Company. My laptop had a faulty LCD screen, after numerous calls I finally got to speak to the team leader Francois. He assured me I will receive my laptop and everything is in order. When I received my laptop it had more issues then when I sent it in, the move didn't track properly, my track pad buttons where slow to respond and my screen was worse of. Instead of just a light grey hue it now looked like an 80th TV with only snow feedback on my screen. I sent back my laptop and I was promised to receive my laptop by the 21st of February 2025, which I did not. I've had the most frustrating experience and now I'm not even sure I will receive my laptop back in working order. Because of this I will think twice before buying from Evetech again. As Pinnacle is their warranty provider
Again Vodacom. This time their app never picked up my payments, they switched off my signal and when I phoned them they promised to put it back four hours after I sent through the proof of payment. Till today my phone is still not working plus my airtime and my data has disappeared. How is it possible to take my airtime and my data? The account department never answers their phone, I was on hold for more then hour.
If I could give this company less then 1 star I would. I've been cancelling the same contact for almost a year now. I have spoken to Zanele in their accounts department and I have emailed their supervisor Neval, but still each month they try to deduct money from my account and then tell me I have a payment in arrears. But in the same breath can't answer a simple question like why is my contract still not cancelled?
If I could give them less then 1 star. I would. I was approved for a deal, I applied online. And then nothing from them further when they realised they made an error on their website. I spoke to 4 of their agents. Everyone promising me they will have a manager phone me, this was on Tuesday, I have spent so much on airtime to call and find out what is going on, but nothing from their side. Now that I can send an email to vadmin@coactive.co.za to escalate the matter. The email keeps bouncing back to me. I was approved, I sent my documents through and received my reference number. But now that there is an error on their side, they have reverted back to a teenage mentality where if they ignore the problem it will go away. Which is heartbreaking, because they are such a big and successful company you as an individual does not count as a customer. Furthermore, their one sales agent made an inappropriate joke with me when I told her my situation. She told me I will be running around the entire time and they will not give me any feedback. Which I guess was more accurate then I thought. Seeing as it 3 days later and I have received no feedback from them.
I have been told since the 15th I will receive my parcel and yet nothing. Now I'm told to log a query so they can locate my parcel. And I am kept on hold for more then half an hour at the time.
After a month of paying for my order. Still nothing. And dead silence from the company.
Still no delivery and after the first email communication from the founder Matt, nothing. I ordered and paid a month ago. And now they are running more specials for the same airfryer but won't communicate with the people who already supported them. I am very disappointed I used their services.
I ordered my air fryer more then a week ago. I have received no communication and I have emailed their contact centre multiple times and still no answer.
