My car was referred to Ladysmith panelbeaters for repairs by Myway insurance.I had to fight to get my car back and now I'm still going through the most.I have been calling and e mailing Myway for some time now because my car was giving problems and only to find out the panelbeater fitted counterfeit/substandard battery in my car . I'm now struggling to even get in contact with Myway.No response despite multiple attempts.
If I could give no minis 100 stars I would. My car was sent to this Penelbeter for minor damages and they gave it back to me. I drove it for less than a week and it broke down. Vw came and towed my car, and we discovered that ladysmith penelbeters caused damage to the tune of R150 000 to my car. NOW they are giving me the run around to pay vw as, vw had to replace my entire gearbox! Stay away from harrismith Penelbeters... You will get your car more damaged than when you took it to them.
I got into a minor accident with my car and miway sent my car to ladysmith penelbeters for repairs. Ladysmith Penelbeters damaged my car further. I reported this to miway as it was the. That took my car to ladysmith penelbeters for repairs. I'v been calling miway for assistance for the past 2 months, miway has not returned a single call to assist me in getting the Penelbeter to sort out the situation. I have been without a car since April. Miway are still deducting premiums but have not bothered to resolve my problem,Despite being the ones who sent my car to a ****py Penelbeter (ladysmith penelbeters)
My name is D.Sebogo and I own a VW polo TSI which I took in for first service service on the 13th of October 2022 to VW Bethlehem.The car was received and I was told to take a seat as my killos were higher than 15 000 which I did . I sat in the waiting room with no feed back from anyone as to whether my car was being serviced on not.I went multiple times to enquire as to what was going on to which one of the consultants told me that they will inform the person who was supposed to be assisting me to come to me at the waiting room ,to tell me what is going on . I waited and was only informed at arround 15:00 that my car had been serviced and it's gone for wash. No feed back was given to me about the state of my car ,or if it needs any repairs.all that happened is that I was given my car and told I could go... I was under the impression that I would get feed back via email.Till today no feedback , so I called vw.My main concern was the sound my car makes when I brake( it gives a squeaky sound when I apply my brakes)this was cause for concern for me.I called VW betlhehem as a result,spoke to the consultant and I'm baffled at her response to me,as it seems she can not even tell me whether my brake pads were checked !!!! I'm being told to drive back to Betlhehem to take the car back to VW for the brake pads to be checked....which was supposed to have been done when my car was there for service on the 13th of October 2022,today is the 31st of October 2022.How can my brake pads have finished in 2 weeks especially since I have driven my car a total of 7 times since I returned from service.For me to be expected to drive to Betlhehem again,I can not be taking off work every now and then for the same thing and pour petrol to drive to Betlhehem .I sent a complain to VW SA and no response. I'm very disappointed in VW Betlhehem ,so much so that my next car will not be from VW, would not recommend,VW Betlhehem to anyone!
mag and been Kimberly....I received the most horrible service from this restaurant and Uber eats .I placed an order which was successfully excepted by the restaurant.an hour later I received a call informing me that Uber eats pricing was outdated which I fail to understand how is that my problem.My order was then cancelled without even consulting me ....no regard for the fact that I'm a paying customer...they took my hard earned money and DD not deliver my food!!!!
I bought a fridge from makro with came having a defect .the water dispenser was not working. I informed makro of this and they informed me that they would send a technician to come look at the fridge. The technician came and checked the fridge went back to makro and said he fixed the fridge...the fridge water dispenser is still not working. All of this happened with in a month of delivery of the fridge. I communicated with makro and informed them that the fridge water dispenser was not working and they informed me that they would send another technician. I paid for a new fridge and now I'm expected to settle for a defective fridge while having paid my hard earned money. I'm not happy
