I visited Nedbank mall of africa and boulders on the 04/06/2025 Concerning of my new Business account I got shock of my life the staff they don't have a little knowledge with their products Concerning Business account and how it works including the branch manager at boulders mall,their attitude is very bad when it comes to customer service they don't even care
I visited Rosebank college on 4/02/2025 to register the service is top notch from security to the staff I was very impressed with the service I received i am definitely going to refer friend and family thank you so much for giving me the best service much appreciated
I visited the Branch on 12th October to collect the card I failed because the que was not moving I left the branch as I was running late to work again Monday I decided to go back to collect the card the service was terrible the staff they don't even care or worried about the clients I never received such a terrible service in my life we where just sitting like we are at government Hospital
The delivery was very quick I received my beautiful Airfryer I less than three days I was very happy and my package was silled safe and secure thank you so much for the good service my snatcher I will order again soon
I visited the Dr on the 23/06/23 for my son circumcision but I have to pay cash which is fine ,my medical aid requested the payment statement to refund me for my surprise the doctor admin she is battling to provide one for me the reason being she don't know the code for procedure even the doctors their failling to assist as they don't know also ,what a bad service from waiting area everything is just bad even government hospital are better
I visited the doctor today I was very sick when I arrived on the reception the lady who assist at the reception she told me that they can't take another patient as they done for the day I as her that I did call in the morning, they told me they close around 16:00 I was there around 15 :00 ,I asked her to call the doctor is when I get help meaning if I did ask for clearity it was the end of me because the pain was too much 😞 I am still in shock with the treatment I received today and disappointed
I was double debited by my Fnb home loan from my Absa account twice on the 30/10/ 2021 and on the 2/11/2021 I contacted Fnb contact center on the 03/11/2021 they say is a system errors which I understand Thursday on the 04/11/ 2021 they send me forms to complete and I email my bank statement as per request but till today no response even their call center when you phone their very Rude and unhelpful
