I had bought the stand for the pots in November and on the 13th December 2023 my order was cancelled and when I requested a refund they said I must provide them with my banking details of which I did on the 18th December 2023 and they also said their refund turn around time is 7 days even now I’m still waiting for my refund I’ve sent an email they didn’t respond
I’ve logged a claim in May they told me that I will get feedback in 21 working days. It’s now 5 months they busy sending me me messages and no action.. I’m so disappointed
Capitec Bank I’ve sent a query for ***** in May 2023 I was told to go and do affidavit and open a case at the police station and I did just that till today I’m still waiting for them
Bet 931639689 it gave me an option of cash out of R121 and when I tried to cash out it said cash out not allowed I must check the times. I continued with my teams and all my teams won and now they said I cashed out of which it never happened. my winnings where R2900?
They debited my money twice but they never asssisted me, everytime I call them they tell me that they will call me back spoke to the manager and supervisor they all the same. I just want them to refund me my money back ****** scammers
They told me that they will help me with my credit profile charged me and I told them I will pay it for 2 months, the first month they debited and never helped me when I tried to call them no answer I got through to Nolukholo and I told her that they must cancel this contract and refund me my money thet didn’t help me with anything instead they took my money I want money to be refunded
I did a layby in November and I took it out in December and same day I refunded underwear’s and the gentleman helped and in December the 31st I went there to refund 2 t shirt there was load shedding and I came today I was told they have to check the receipt and then Bongani who is the store manager gave me attitude and told me that it’s way past 30 days when I wanted to explain that I came on the 31st he just left me on the till
I have sent them proof of payment to show that I have settled the mobi money but yet they debited the money, I even sent it to the team leader even now they haven’t refunded my money back, their service is very bad and you can’t even get through to them
On the 17th December I have settled their loan and then on the 22nd they debited I sent them proof of payment and now they telling me that I should send it as a PDF and they don’t take screenshot or bank statements as proof of payment by now the money should have reflected can they refund me my money
They haven’t fixed my report even when I reported them to Hello Peter still they told me they will log a dispute even now my ref no is EWP211115000001 & CD222851 can they do better, Experian is the worst
