We had a 40th birthday at Turkish Kebab in Bedfordview. From the time we walked in, the service was on point. Our waiter did regular stops at the table to check in on us. The owner/manager on duty also checked in on us. The food presentation was more than on point. It is exactly as you see it on the pics. We ordered the Mixed platter for 4 + chicken pide + 2 x Doner kebab plate + Tavuk Sote + drinks. The downside was that the Doner kebab was salty, the mixed platter was bland. Everything else that we had was good.

Poor quality food.
Order no.128780444, Steers Karaglen. 1. 1 x Wacky Wednesday, beef burger was half cooked, threw the 2nd burger in the bin. 2. 1 x Meal full chicken + large chips, chicken was very dry, chips was good. The sauce helped the ease the dry chicken. 1st and last time to purchase the chicken. Very disappointed with the overall meal. A waste of R259.80. Will not be supporting Steers Karaglen again.

Great smash burger
An amazing smash cheeseburger with chips. Taste and quality were exceptional. One downside was the thickness of the sauce, just a bit too thick for my preference. Overall great burger will be visiting again. This is at Flamingo shopping center.

Excellent customer service
Zweli, thank you so much for the knowledge shared. This will assist in making the right decision to purchase the correct paints for, undercoat/topcoat + ceiling. The time that Zweli took to share his knowledge and recommendations was awesome. I feel better equipped to make the right decision. Painting one's home is not to be taken lightly. It is a long-term investment. Leroy Merlin Greenstone, paint department can learn a lot from Zweli!

Poor quality microwave.
I recently purchased a defy microwave, dmo 143 from Makro in Germiston 02/08/2025. Service at the store was great. Not more than a month later the push open mechanism has become sticky, have to press a few times to get the door open. I reached out to their (Defy) customer service. I was then advised to take the microwave into Makro and book it in to be looked at. It will take 2 to 3 working days to be looked at by a technician. This feedback i got after i had to send 3 email to get proper feedback regarding my issues. Their representee (Zurich) was very vague on their response. I also felt that his answers were your basic responses to clients. How distasteful. How does a brand-new microwave have a fault just over a month? My previous LG microwave lasted me 15 years without any challenges. Defy surely you can do better as a brand. Teach your colleagues to actually care of people who spend their hard-earned money.

Excellent service.
My rating is based purely on my interaction with the reception staff. I had travelled to Arwyp for the 1st time in 17 years due to an IOD at work. The gentlemen that assisted me (Thabile - i think it was), was on point from assisting me and explained to me the process of steps to be taken and why. He guided me through the paper to be signed and explained in detail. On my follow up visit he assisted me again and received the same excellent service from him. I will update on my experience with the ER (doctors, side of the hospital) in a follow up review.
