This company has unfair trade practices. They arbitrarily increase prices and when you cancel your account to move to Vumatel who are a much better ISP, they want to charge you RR899 and to deter you further they refuse for you to deliver their router back and want to charge you an additional RR476.70. I mean if this isn't unfair trade practices, then I don't know what this is. DO NOT DEAL WITH SUPERSONIC FTTH!
Very unreliable. It's impossible to get them to take action on anything. I sent an email on 2 December 2025 to this so called WSP cancelling my contract with Supersonic with immediate effect. I received a ticket number via an email but unfortunately I deleted that email owing to my not having adequate storage space in my Gmail. I have called them every day to obtain confirmation of the cancellation which should happen within 30 days by the end of the month of December 2025 and each time I've had to hold on for over 20 minutes without anyone responding just an annoying and monotonous audio and voice message. I WANT OUT. I was never happy with your service from day one. First you bill me in advance. Then you delay in installation. JUST PROVIDE ME CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION OF SERVICE!!!

**** dating site with **** profiles. They make it difficult for you to cancel your subscription. They will force you to remember the date you registered on the site. Your ID. Your User name. Password. All nonsensical data that they already have. They will keep debiting your account despite your cancelation of the card and refuse to cancel your subscription. This is a ****MING site and the owners should arrested.
I have seen all the negative comments posted by tenants who are ill treated by CSI Property Management (Rentals) and I want the whole of South Africa to be aware of how CSI Property Management equally ill-treat landlords who are the actual owners of these apartments. For three months, cheryl de lange has been deducting for the cost of repairs that were meant for the exiting tenant off my rentals, and then it was for the cost of a geyser which according to this un-truthful marvel chavalala was supposed to be paid for by insurance with the body corporate picking up the excess. I didn't earn rentals for one month before these massive deductions because CSI would not move fast enough to replace a tenant. How can a landlord go for three months without earning any single cent from their own investment whilst CSI continues to deduct management fees and levies? Did I purchase my apartment to make other people rich??? The staff are all dismissive as if apartheid is still in place from willandre nude to gillian olckers down to this cheryl. This is Christmas time and my family can't pay bills because we have to make Christmas good for CSI and its staff whilst we toil in lack. Talk about the grinch that stole Christmas!!!
These people are devilish! We missed 4 payments with the monthly payment being around R505.42. They wrote to us after 4 months of us not paying that they were terminating services. Then they kept demanding payment until they eventually handed us over to the lawyers. The lawyers then demanded we pay for two accounts for which we didn't have two accounts having used EC Security for solely our premises in Harebell St, Weltevreden Park. The first account which is our real account now had a balance of R5.5k whilst the second account which is a phantom account called Woodlands had a balance R3.3k. This is laughable. How can an account that's supposed to have a monthly installment of R505.42 end up being R5.5k after four months of non payment???? Then how can that balance which is supposed to be R2.1k or so, create another bogus account called "Woodlands" with a balance of R3.3k??? We have tried to tell this to the lawyer elanda kent but she won't listen. Then EC Security (anya van de merwe) are refusing to talk to us. They also wanted to remove the alarm which was I'm the house when we bought it. The previous house owner can confirm this. Beagle can also confirm that there has always been an alarm installed at our house. And it's one property not two. This is daylight *******!!! Don't touch EC Security with a ten foot barge pole. We now use West Rand. Much better organized team and they always respond to alarm calls.
Very rude people. Unprofessional and can't keep promises. Wanted to take my car for the weekend when we had agreed to get it done by Friday.The job was very shoddy. They forced me to pay more than previously quoted yet missed to do a lot of the quoted stuff. Refused to paint the wheel caps as we had agreed before. Also refused to paint the rearview mirrors. Refused to give back excess black paint I had bought. All they are good at is yelling and threatening people with violence. Don't use this panel beating service. Even on the day they were shouting with another customer refusing to give him back his car despite him having paid. Don't know why they act like uncouth animals!
This company is ************. They keep changing goalposts and change terms willy-nilly along the way. They even refused to pay refunds and from the blue they tell you a refund takes 30days!!!
Very unprofessional and ***********. My business partner and I app**** for a 2022 shelf company with Company Partners in n May 2024. They confirmed it's availability. We duly filled in required papers and paid the agreed sum. However, the lady reyhanah sat on it and came back saying the shelf company was no longer available and that we should settle for the 2023. After sending her the proof of payment once again, she then double downed and said I had put the wrong reference on the transfer. Ahw then tried to say the IDs were not attached, which was another blatant lie. Then she said on of the IDs has an expired certification. By then I was fes up with the goal shifting. I therefore disagreed and continued to demand a refund. Ahw handed over to someone called samuel and to this day he has refused to respond or pay back the refund. These people are big ****** It's three weeks later and they won't respond neither have they paid the refund.
