Submitted a claim for my Audi A3 and had to ask a few times for a rental car. Finally got one, repairs took forever but eventually was told my car is done last week Friday. I go to collect late afternoon and the airbag light was on so waited for a while (till evening) and once that was fixed I went home. Monday morning I call the rental car company (Europe Car) to arrange collection of the rental as I only got my car back Friday evening and they were closed. They tell me naked only paid till Friday - so I call naked and they said they will get back to me, Tuesday I call again and they still don’t get back to me, that afternoon I called again and then was told that I’m liable to pay those 4 days. As it’s Tuesday now. Eventually they say they will pay for Tuesday only and I’m liable for the other days. No one advised me when the car needs ti he returned - also how can you expect me to return the rental car before I have even gotten my car back - and how can I return the rental car when the rental office is closed?? I will be moving my insurance to Discovery. Cheers
Require a R250 damage report for a R1000 item and take 7 days to get back to you don’t offer solutions just copy and paste message previously sent after a week. Pathetic - so many bad reviews you you guys just stop caring huh ?
Purchased a Course and paid in full Was in hospital for prolong period of time and now wish to enrol in course. Was told that I’d have to pay full amount again if I wish to enrol. Basically stole my money. Thanks a lot guys
Empty promises - wrote an honest review and they asked me to take it down or they won’t assist with repairs (repairs were agreed upon on sale document) it’s been 3 months and they keep saying the part is coming and saying they will call me back but never do. Just do what you said you would !!! I’ve been a kind and patient customer also paid 25k over retail for the car. I will be sending documents and chats and call recordings to ombudsman. Thanks
Horrible Service - don't take delivery of your car until they have repaired or replaced what is promised. They will ignore your calls without any guilt and lie to your face.
