Poor service
Goodday I totally not happy with the service I am getting from this shop,and even when I call the debit department the calls are not answered so please make sure you get backing me or I will be taking this tonthe ombudsman....

pampers aloe problem
Pampers nappies gave my baby bad rash i had trusted this brand but guess was fooling myself. My baby has rash and its been weeks,now tomorrow i have to buy buy something else and I still have two sealed packs.Seeing my baby in pain and scretching her private part hurts me as a mother,so please look into this matter.I am very disappointed.Thank you inadvance

Goodmorning today its day 11 and nothing cause the last time i checked when u were debiting my persal u were quick without me hving an agreement with you of a will.So when u suppose to refund it take long........I am not happy at all and yesterday i sent you an email and never got any answer

To whom it may concern compliments of the new year i am writing this regard a refund i was suppose to get last year and i ddnt get and when i made a follow up last with Dakalo he said can he please call Enerst and find out whats wrong then the respond i got was enerst says if i want a refund i must talk to him so i dont understand at all cause even the will that was actived on my behalf i sont even have a copy nor know who the beneficiaries are.....

Have been patient and too understanding but now it has come to a point were i am now irritated,it was nice when u were debiting but to refund me its hard so i have decided to take this matter further and write to the ombudsman out this company,cause do call to ask if i have received my refund but knowing very well u haven't captured it.....Thanks have a great day
