SA credit check ****
Sa credit check is a ****ming people , I tried to contact them they not answering calls , they are deducting an amount of R1883 , to remove my debit review but they is no proof of payment and they said they get back to me in 21 days for the removal of the debit review letter even now I’m still waiting . I even contacted the bank they are no help.

Bad YDS service
I have been trying to contact YDS , can’t get a hold of them , after asking my payments reports they haven’t sent me it’s been a year now asking for the same thing

Bad service
My account has been on hold for 3 weeks , I have visited the bank several times over the past weeks , and still no help . They even transferred me to the Easy acc call centre where they kept transferring my calls to another assistant, until they knocked where the transferred call took 1 hour with an answer where the lady at the bank said I must drop the call cause they have knocked , at this point I just want to close the account and get my money back which they said I can’t cause they is still a hold on it .

Worst service ever since I app**** they haven’t reached back to me it’s been 3 months , me contacting them and them saying they’ll come to install even now I’m still waiting

I had placed a bet on avaitor , immediately after the game kicked me out to home , game rules state in events of an interruption on the game my active bet will cash out but my bet didn’t cash out , spoke to an agent he says they is nothing they can do from there side it was my internet connection, where I have been using the same internet to connection to place other bets with no interruption
