We have been having the worst service ever! About 2 weeks ago our emails on our computer stopped working and the mails on our phone is asking for creditinals but when we enter them they are "invalid" multi chats with the bot and asking for a human agent to sort this still not working. When I mailed asking to cancle my entire account they say the mail needs to come from the account thats not even working - showed them prove its not working and still i am waiting for a human agent to contact me. This is the worst service ever received!!! But every morning i must "rate the conversation"
I placed a same day order yesterday at 08h36am! Even selected the option for Same day between 1pm and 7pm Yesterday afternoon I track my order - which states I selected Same day- and there it says Delivery Thurs! After 4 emails the consultant tell me that I only placed the order after 11am which then would not even make it possible to select same day as cutoff is 10am. This is bull**** every month they are very quick to take the monthly subscription for same day delivery but when it comes to actually providing that service they have excuses!
MbD keeps harassing me to settle an account which I pay monthly! Even calling me stating i never paid this month after I sent them proof. Then they still query where i work! Ridiculous!!
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CIB DEPARTMENT. i started an application for my daughter's chronic medication on 25 March 2025. I have since been trying to get it finalized. Every time i get told they just need this info then they can finalize it then 2 days later they need other info. Why cant they ask for everything the first time! I have since had the doctor complete 2 forms and answer questions for them! Paying tons of money a month for horrible and extremely slow service!!!!!!
I am going to open up an harrestment case against you. You have received your R150 debit order from me. But yet you still call. You claim that my nedbank is not with you anymore so why the hell are you calling me. Ignoring my previous review!
I am BEYOND FED UP WITH THIS PLACE. A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE OUT OF MY OWN ON MONDAY STILL I GET CALLS FROM THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. When I email to complain they say the account is on special arrangement for no and that they did not call me but the freakin calls clearly says MBD COLLECTIONS! WHEN I ANSWER THE CALL THE AGENTS SAYS HELLO AND HANGS UP THE PHONE!!!!!
Continuous harrasment from MBD They keep calling after payment was made even calling my work when I answer the call on my personal number and they hang up the call
If i could give a minus 1 i would have. Every time one calls for an update on a death claim pay out there is a different excuse. When the other party of the death claims calls in they cant find his email but to me they say they can see his mail. Every time its another 48h we must wait or after 5 business days one must follow up then after 5 business days we must wait again. No matter how many times one says it urgent they just give excuses.
Absolutely the worsr experience. Every morning I get a call and I make an arrangement. Every time i ask for an account number to make an eft to they give me a number my app does not want to take. I keep telling them that I work retail hours and cant go to the branch. The same agent that calls me every morning is extremely rude and keeps talking over me! All i want is an account number that will work! When i phone the call centre agent tells me I can do it at an ATM and then the rude agent tells me I cannot. Dont know how they expect payment when giving unusable info and rude agents
Very bad experience with 1life trying to get hold of them for hours and no answer
