I had a car insurance with the company. I called them to inform about the car being involved in a car accident, and the car was written off. And IWyZe said they would pay me some of your premiums back and stop debit my account. However they are still debiting and I have not received my refund of my premiums. Disgusting business practice and disappointing customer service because I call and I don’t get assistance.
Unprofessional business practice and false advertising. Sensor network refused to call out a technician or plumber to assist with manually disconnecting and removing their device on my geyser. I had to call a plumber who discovered that there was no earthing on my geyser that why when lightning struck it disconnected their thermostat. They put my life in danger when they installed their device on my geyser and didn’t want to come and remove it and install back my thermostat. They refused to assist me for almost two weeks now.
Worst customer service with Tracker connect for smart geyser. There seems to be confusion of this service works yet they deduct monthly for a service they cannot provide. If you have a contract with them cancel immediately because the money your geyser or any device gives you a problem they won’t assist. I requested for cancellation of my contract I’ve been told 72 hours every 72 hours that my problem will be solved I’m still waiting and I still don’t have hot water to bath with
The online store is not efficient. I had placed an order and it was not going through and showing error messages. But on my banking app I had approved the transaction to go through. I eventually cancelled after two failed attempts. After 4 hours a transaction goes through that mr price has accepted my order yet the invoice shows that the payment is pending and I don’t have any correspondence from mr price about my order and delivery. I need that order to be cancelled and my money refunded but no response from them. Very bad service and bad online store
Tracker is not a good business they don’t assist their customers and I want to state that they have the worst support service ever. You pay your account and you email proof of payment and they still don’t assist you. My tracker geyser app has been down and nobody bothers to assist you instead they will tell that your account is being handled by legal even when you have provided proof of payment and then you’re meant to wait for them to assist you. They will send an email and not bother to call to assist you and then make u hold while they check facts. Poor service
My mother settled her credit card with Fnb however she was told that there’s an amount that is still outstanding which she did pay on the day that she was told to pay otherwise she would incur costs if she paid the amount on a different day. She then closed her account but she still gets texts saying she owes the bank money and she needs clarity on that.
I have been trying to get hold of customer service to get my refund and nobody seems to be available to answer me. I bought shoes online and one pair was not delivered because it was out of stock and I was going to be refunded and even now no one has contacted me back regarding my refund. Very poor service
Bought underwear online and there was one underwear missing and the reason was it was out of stock. I’m still waiting for a refund it’s been two months. The online support team is based in Australia yet they have stores everywhere in South Africa.
My mother invested her money in a fixed deposit for a year and she was receiving her interest every month which was amounting to R13000 per month and at the end of the year when she went to review her investment a financial advisor told her that her money is not growing in a fixed deposit and that she should invest in Absa AIMS. She was told she would R 16000 and also a lump sum of R100000 at the end of the year which she can reinvest or use. Now when we went to check the investment her money has decreased from the initial investment amount the lady says she no longer will be receiving the R100000 and instead of her money growing it has decreased. I need help because all that my elderly mother was told was lie how can she invest money only for it to not grow and for it to decrease
