I have decided to settle my vehicle loan with them. I made payment on the 25 august and i called the to inquiry about the change of ownnership . they send me a mail with all details required . same day i paid the amount they required to assist and send all the relevant documents to them as stated eta was 10-14 working days . today mark 21 working days. When i follow up im told they didn't receive my payment . so now i must wait another 21 days to get assistance no phone call no nothing but they have closed my account and my vehicle is still in their name.
Worst experience i have ever had .i bought electricity on the 18june and when trying to load it it wasn't go thought. Called eskom contact center and they check on their side and could not assist me . i was then told a technician will be send to my home , the turn around tine is 7 and half hours . i waited no one came its the 26 today and have been doing follow ups but no one is assisting me i have wasted my time and money holding on for over an hour with no help .
I have not been able to connect the whole month of September, I tried sending emails calling without getting any assistance, I put in a cancelation request and yet they go and debit my bank.
Bought a car in 2019, only to realize the are trafic fines on the car. i informed them and they said they are sorting it out to date I'm still struggling to get them to pay the fines. they ask u to send them documents and then they take a year to respond when u follow up they dnt have answers. They have since been ignoring my emails.
one of their truck driver Mr malatji (reg: Kf09nrgp) hit my vehicle and I reported this and they told me they are investigating the matter, the got back to me and said I must get a quote to fix the damages and now they are ignoring my calls, the fleet manager kobus is never available and he does not return my message or calls.
