Super Bad service , we had 10 mail contracts with them , needed to change the password on one account and advise and i quote "we no longer support their mail box product." but they take my money every month for the account , took me 4 year to get my name on the main contact person , just to report a fault 2 weeks later and they don't know who i am

I have called for service , and waited 30 min to speak to a consultant and after i got transferred ,i spoke to a lady for 3 seconds and then it went dead ,so i tried again and this time took 40 min and the same thing happened , tomorrow i will go visit the bank and close my money market account seeing they have no support on it
Try to Login , Web Page Keeps refreshing and IA pop up and ask if it can assist No i just want to login and do my payment and renew my License ???? Fine i use the IA after wasting 10 min of my time giving my information , it tells me there is no License to renew . fine ill talk to a agent , nope agent is a AI, Ok fine ill give them a call , explain the problem to lady , lady puts me through to someone ells who deal with this , nope , ask to leave a mgs 30 min wasted and I'm back to the start ,client of 5 years and i have never deal with this and has not ever gotten this mad , if anyone knows of some other service let me know
I Phoned them in the morning 06/05/24 to confirm stock of 2 products for my manager to pick up ,which they confirmed that they will have the stock ready and will be ready for collection, then 4 hour later and 5 min away ,get advise that the stock is still in CPT , and will be ready to collect only at Friday , and when voicing my concern to the management , She said it fine leave a bad review , so that is what i am doing
10 Year partner Call Sale 1 to 2 min every time they pickup tested 10 time call technical , 30 to 1hour to take you call tested 4 time call to move to new location 30 min call drops tested 5 times call to complain , women stop listening put me on hold for 1 hour decided to change service providers Stay away
I have bee a client of Ignite (Mweb business) for the past 12 year , i have had ADSL and then 3G ,i am currently running 100GB Fibre up and down , i had 14 fibre down's in this year alone , always take 2 days to recover and they will only phone you the next week to confirm that the problem has been fix PS my ADSL was working whole year without any drops Bad service Bad support (waiting 20 min just t speak with someone horrible waiting music Bad turn around they don't even install there own cables Run
I purchase bread on the expire date My bad , i should have known the bread only going to last 4 hours before going bad , it feel like the everything in festival mail is bad and lacking management
If you going to have to deal with customer service at bitdefender you are going to have a bad time , if you going to ask bit**** to add company vat number you are going to have a bad time , If you request some good old customer service you are going to have a bad time. (Several email that advise me to send what I just send) so basically little to no customer support .... (Save yourself the trouble)
MTN South Africa Upgrade to a new device , Device was approved and got notify that delivery will take place in 3 to 10 working days , Day 7 :Contact customer Care , they escalate the upgrade day 10 Contact MTN customer care again they advise me that i need to contact sales because they cant get a hold of them (that right , a company that can even get a hold of there own sales department ) After 30 min on the phone ,they advise me there is no stock of the device inside the country , 3 days later Vodacom delivered my new device with new contract FUUUUUUUUCCCKKKK YOUUUUU MTN
