I settled the account in September and Shives went ahead and debited me after the settlement. I've been on calls back and forth with them but I'm not getting help.
Money got retracted after I made a deposit, called in the customer care number was given service request number and they promised to resolve my query. two days later I received an SMS stating that my query has been resolved, however no one has called me, or my money was not deposited to my account. tried calling in again they were just giving a back and forth nothing solid. I then decided to visit my nearest branch for assistance. they said they can't trace the funds so they will check the CCTV footage and get back to me. I've been waiting for that call I haven't received it. Can someone please assist.
worst customer service Vodacom extended my contract without my permission. I've been on calls for a couple of days trying to sort it out, but they keep cutting me off without providing clarity on what's happening. can someone get to the bottom of this?
Just received a call that I'm handed over after cancelling my contact with Cell C, I paid my last premium in September and everything was settled, been calling your customer care and no one is explaining what exactly transpired.
