Great ride, driver was cautious on the road, we reached destination earlier than expected
Appalling customer service, bought meat yesterday it has an awful sour taste, tried calling the store to notify immediately no answer from 6 pm yesterday until this point. 3 emails been sent out more than 30 failed calls, WhatsApp line is useless customer care is useless prompts make no sense.
Handle your complaints, set processes and update customers, complaint sent through Via Uber eats app and McDonald's directly.sent me credit of R37, I do not want the credit. I want my complaint handled as mcdonalds Really disappointed us. Ordered crunch burger meals from Uber app, the lettuce used on the burgers were close to rotting, some parts were darker green and so frail looking, others were brown. I have pictures. McDonald's have seen the pictures but say I must deal with Uber app as they delivered.I want McDonald's To also handle as they placed the lettuce in and are responsible. I am trying to return a package from temu, meant to be a seamless thing the agents do not understand English, respond after days and never understand what's going on. What a painful situation considering the agent came home unexpected no call and I was not available only to then call me to say that he needs to log a call. So to prove he called and came home I wasn't there. The call should have been made before he got to my place. DISHONEST
Extremely unprofessional. Received a email to say expect delivery shortly, package in courier vehicle. Waited never left the house as I knew that it would be delivered very very soon. Lost out on work. Nothing arrived. Buffalo always did a great job. Why the change
Reviewed this company on Google, their response was pathetic. They are based in Rivonia Sandton. You are most welcome to go read the response and my query. This company claims they had a similar interaction with me last year, can I have proof of that. Please stop fabricating lies it's always easier to say sorry and move on . I say this with utmost confidence I never visited you before because I am from Durban. Only visited for the very first time with family from Benoni. Look forward to the proof
Still no update, all I get is we are working on your complaint, there's a delay. Absolutely appalled, there's no call there's no real response, there's no SLA. I want this resolved TODAY, If you are overwhelmed at the tickets and complains you need to work then clearly there's a problem with Pick n Pay.
I have emailed the customer care on the 23rd as I was charged a normal price for a 2 for 3 special. It's frustrating as there's no reply apart from the automated email stating we will get back to you,not even a SLA regarding response time. NOT HAPPY. Not the first time this happened smart shopper discounts don't always get activated.
