This review follow on the others I posted the last 2 weeks. After Renault headoffice sent an email saying stating that the matter will be resolved to MY SATISFACTION. Me and Mbali spoke on the phone and she had an absolute ****ING **** ****** ATTITUDE. I then spoke to her Manager LUCY. She was friendly and understanding and she said to me that the email was indeed sent and that those words were used. Shen then asked me what would my satisfaction be to keep me happy as a very important Reanult customer. I went on to tell her exactly what i wanted. She did phone me back again the next morning and told me that she had sent the email to the dealer principle Keroven Pillay. ( Who's word was taken for what he said and me the customer, completely disregarded) I feel that this is utter Bull**** that dealer gets away with ******. This morning my phone rang again with a call from Renault South Africa. Mbali was on the other end and she was ****ing rude and irritating. I made her aware of the email that she had sent stating the matter will be resolved to my satisfation, to which she rep**** " why do you always refer to that email?" Well the answer is simple, You wrote that email. That was said by you. A headoffice employee. Mbali also told me that they have concluded on their end. That means I now have to be happy with what they say. What happened to honouring your word? I still have the email. I want what you said in your email. And i want to take this oppertunity to warn all South africans to NOT buy renault products. They will lie to you, make you out to be the villian while they sit back and smile.
I went to Renault Motus Alberton on Saturday 27 July 2024 to look at buying a secondhand car. I found a car but was not really happy with it but i went on to pay as I needed a car. Sunday my Fiancé showed me an ad on the web where Renault Motus Alberton advertises a Top of the line Renault Triber for R183900. This price was less than I innitially paid for the second hand car. I then went on to tell the sales person to hold off on the purchase. Monday 29th July me and my Fiancé went in to speak to them about the ad we saw on the web. The Dealer Principle told us that the picture was just for show and that the ad was from a promotion they had 2 months ago. That is NOT In any way shape or form my problem. THE AD STILL SHOWS THE PRODUCT AND THE PRICE. ( MONDAY 5 AUGUST 2024) He went on to give me discount on a mid range triber. Still not what I asked for as they could not rectify their own mistake. I paid the difference and then went on to take the car. Still not what they advertised. They told me license en registration would take 2 to 3 days. Today is MONDAY (AGAIN) 05August 2024. Still no Natis docs or number plates. I went on the web again and saw that the ad for the Triber ( TOP OF THE LINE) is still actively being advertised for R183900. I feel that this is unfair as another customer will argue the same facts and be helped and satisfied in this regard yet I had to settle for only discount. I want Renault to rectify this mistake and give me what I asked as They advertised. The fact that it was a promotion from 2 months ago is NOT in any way my concern or problem. Renault needs to rectify this and give me what I saw them advertising. OH and the license department has been without electricity for 7 days now and they only mentioned that to me Today ( 5August 2024) Talking about extremely **** AND POOR aftersale service. Absolutely pathetic. Takes ages to contact you for an assesment of damages. Ive been waiting and waiting and even as much as a phone call to ask " Hey asswipe, are You ok?" Talking about overpromise and underdeliver. More like promise and dissapear. Oh and BTW, Santam should state We cover You but only when we want too.
And here we go again. DISSAPOINTING SLOW SERVICE. Make sure you have at least 5 days meds left before filling a new script just to ensure that You dont die because of the stupidity of Dischem and staff
Absolutely pathetic. They say they are accepted at all Life and Netcare Hospitals as well as "ANY" Radiology center. I submitted my member number to the Radiology center. My claim was denied by Essentialmed and I had to pay my Own bills. Same thing at the dentist. I had to pay. My meds are not covered. I dont have any cover but still i have to pay. Upon cancelling my Membership I was told that there is a 30 Day waiting period. WHAT THE FLYING **** FOR? They will still deduct after I have cancelled. Im warning EssentiaMed. Do this and YOU ****ERS will have a serious law suit on your hands. Do not test me.

I bought products from them and paid well over R800. They said delivery will be within 2 weeks. Its been a month and i stll have not recieved my order. They sent 3 emails where they say delivery has been delayed. What the flying ****. Do not buu from them. They lie and *****. I want my product or my money back. Worst ever
We had an incident a few days ago. A group of guys breaking into houses in the area and more specific in our street. It all happened on a friday night. There was alot of movement in the street. Dogs barking, car alarms going off. We phoned the security company that has their notice board on the wall. To this very moment they have still not responded. We decided to phone S.O.G. These guys rocked up in 3 Vehicles. Armed to the teeth. They were canvassing the area and checked every yard. They are super charged to do their jobs. What STOOD OUT was that the Director of S.O.G rocked up. Bullet proof assault rifle, handgun. Ready for any scenario. He re assured us ofour safety after spending the better part of hour just canvassing the street. Which made it all so much better was when The Director himself rocked up at our place last night. Just to check in and make sure that everything is ok. We dexided to go with S.O.G from last night. Our panic button was activated on our phones. We were again re assured of our safety. I mean, The Director himself came out. Now that is what you call "Lead by example" Furthermore i just wanna say to S.O.G and The Director himself, WELL DONE GUYS.
Absolutely pathetic. Send the wrong meds. Then they promise they will deliver today. It is now 7pm and still no meds. What happens if the patient has an attack? Who will be responsible? Will they cover the hospital costs in the event of it happening? Absolutely PATHETIC. Meds are for chronic condition and cant go untreated. I wish people would help me close their doors. It is absolutely ****ING PATHETIC.
The WORST service ever. These guys are absolutely ****ING USELESS. A bunch of ****S that dont know what the **** they are doing. Sending out reminders that they will deliver between 8 and 10am. It is now 10H43 and nothing. All they say over the phone is the driver is delayed. Bull****. After reading all reviews online I decided to write this because these people are truly a bunch of USELESS ****ING **** SUCKING ****S. I dont have time to waste and these people dont seem to worry about time. Im cancelling my subscription from the service provider and also cancel the delivery by phone. I gave them time and they didnt deliver. So **** them. Please help me close the doors of this company? I cant believe that people are like that.
