Dont make bookings on booking.com, they dont take any responsibility for poor advertising and misleading info on hotels. We made booking at Obz Hotel 19-23/1/2025 and we were so devastated on the poor condition of hotel. We left 10 min after check in. We could not stay there. We tried to contact booking.com to get refund and no response no assistance. We paid R2520 for nothing. Reservation no 452290****
We made booking via Booking.com, on the photos advertised it show this nice, clean and vibrant hotel. When we got to the hotel its not the same as the photos, its old, smelly hotel. The bed is very old and its not clean, it smell so bad we left 10min after check in. We tried to get our money back from Booking.com but they like non existence. This is false advertising. Breakfast is served somewhere up in the street from 9am, parking not in a safe area. This was a bad experience. We want our money back as the ad made by booking.com is misleading and false.
I am renting oxygen bottels and since Feb 2024 I am charged for an additional bottle which I dont have and trying since end of Feb 2024 to resolve this. I spend hours on the phone from one dept to next. Can it really take longer than 30 days to resolve it? So frustrated
This is the 2nd time that I am waiting for licence delivery they just say bad address no phone call nothing. Call centre operating from 7am nonsense they are not there no answer so upset

Purchased a airmatic compressor for R5800 from them which was installed by RMI approved dealer who found that the part is faulty. When we return the item they immediately started to accuse us that the part was opened and tampered with which was not the case. They were not willing to listen and said that they wanted diagnostic print out to prove that it’s faulty. This is not professional there is no client service. They said its a new part but its faulty.
We rented a vehicle at Capetown international. Upon return of vehicle they captured the odo wrong and overstate it with 3000km and overcharged us. This was corrected but I am waiting for my refund for the overcharged kilos.The call centre is full of excuses. I want my money refunded who is going to pay interest on this amount. Very very upset.
There is just no customer care or service at Mercedes Benz. There is just a blank refusal to contact me and I left a-lot of messages, who can I talk to to get my issue resolved? My ML63 ignition switch was repaired by Constantia Kloof Mercedes in September/October 2021 since then my SRS and AIRMATiC is not working. They drove my car with a broken V-belt to get it repaired across the road from the dealership where they “apparently” have more work workbays. I have left 5 messages and send email for Jaco Boshoff and there is no reply. They were quick to get my details when I complaint on twitter but NO feedback NO call
