After sending my complaint to hello peter, Axxess never responded! I called in and spoke to a very nice lady called Babalwa Mjuza and I must say… Her service was excellent. She realised where the problem was, and it became a first call resolution!!! She is not just an asset in the accounts department as her client services skills are off the charts as well!!! Well done Babalwa, May your life be filled with blessings and may God open doors no man can close. Babalwa Mjuza is the definition of – “If Excellence was a person”!
My sister in Law is unable to walk and therefore needed my assistance with getting her fibre so she can look for online work. I reached out to Axxess DSL (Pty) Ltd for fibre and they installed it but did not debit the account. In May this month they cancelled the fibre line and are charging us a cancellation fee. We provided proof that we gave the banking details and still nothing happened. We require this to be resolved immediatly as she needs internet urgently. Remove the cancellation fee so we can pay the months that the internet was used!!!
I called Naked Insurance earlier for assistance and spoke to Siphesihle. Her service was outstanding. I really appreciate her quick response to my query. Well done Naked :)
We called your call centre to remove the banking details that Telkom Fibre debits from. You charge R202.70 if the debit doesn't go through, you charge a R261.21 for reconnection fee, every month i have to pay over R700. All of this after i told your agent the banking details are not to be used, please remove it. Than on the 30Sep at 18:55, you go and debit R777.28 again. Call me and rectify this immediately !!!
My mom withdrew cash from an ATM and the funds did not come out, we spoke to African Bank who said that it takes 30 days for them to put the funds back into the account, its been 33 days and still no word from African Bank. Their service is pathetic!!!
My mom withdrew cash from an ATM and the money was deducted from her account but the cash never came out of the machine. We were told to email the slip and it will be resolved in 7 days. it is now 12 days later and the matter is still not resolved. Apparently it takes 30 days for them to resolve such a query without a receipt. But even though I emailed them the receipt we are still waiting so long, this is a terrible thing for anyone to go through, resolve this matter with urgency !!!
I had 8 people lined up for referral with Vox, the first person that accepted my referral is now upset and wants to leave Vox. How can you ask your customers to refer people to your organization and then you go and sabotage yourself? Openserve did their installation on the 1st of May and you decide to bill from the 1st of May but he had no internet. He only had internet when you brought him the router 15 days later on the 15th May, your supposed to bill him from the 15th May because the router delay came from your side!!! Then i spoke to a lady who told me with a straight face, that's how Vox bills and we must just pay the amount. You're a bunch of ******, I'm done with you guys! I will never refer anyone to Vox again!
I have had problems with Vox regarding my billing account and I have received no service until I was assisted by a lady called Yolanda Hlonendlini. Her listening skills are impeccable, to say the least. She didn't jump to conclusions and provide unrelated feedback. She listened to my problem and assisted me based on what I explained and not on what she saw on the system. (Systems and information captured on systems can also be wrong, as we all know) She is truly an asset to the Vox Telecom Team. Keep up the Good work Yolanda!!!

I hurt my ankle real bad and Service at the hospital was great up until 10:30 in the morning when I was done with x-rays. I sat in a queue for 7 hours so someone can look at my x-rays results. I ended up leaving the hospital without being assisted as I was sitting in a queue that was not moving. Service at Lenasia South Hospital was never this bad. What happened to that place ? And since when do you wait so long for someone to look at your x-rays? I really feel like proper process was not followed here !
