ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favour and read ALL reviews. PLEASE Not enough space to enlighten you on HOW bad this company is. Debit orders taken from my account 7 months after cancelling service . To date R2097 owed to me. NO response. NO emails rep**** to. NO reaction. ONE empty promise via my call. Ha ha.
Sadly there is no 'star' for zero ZERO rating . This company has 'taken' over R2000 from my bank account. After cancelling services 6 months ago. ..and they still do not answer calls or emails. I just need an explanation. Do you still exist, iHappifyfibre?????? I smell a RAT. Next step
I wrote a review re: Nightmare. Just getting worse!!! STAY AWAY. CANCELLED services Sept 2023. They debited my account till end Nov - numerous calls and emails from my side! Eventually 'ticket closed' Ah ha! my relief short lived.. Now they just debit my account with R699 pm. Nice! Totaling over R2000 by now. Unsolicited debit orders. No reply on emails or phone calls. NOT OK! I wonder from how many other unsuspecting customers are they 'taking'money???

I fully agree with other negative reviews. Absolute nightmare dealing with this ISP. No replies, No actions, Having to call numerous times. No replies on emails. Debiting account after contract has been cancelled.
From day - one requesting quote , ,etc from Yolande- business was done in super, efficient , well communicated way. Five star. The subcontractors used for my (small) move where friendly, helpful, no damage to furniture, on time and reliable
