Blend Cosmetics - *****ulent Company
Do not do business with this *****ulent company. I ordered cosmetics on 14 November and have still not received the items I paid for. They do not even respond to my emails any more. Consumer Power Afrika is willing to help everyone that has been done in by this company. go to their facebook page or Tik Tok to send your coplaints.

Telkom - will not be renewing my contract
I have had a Telkom Data Contract for the past 18 months. 120gb Anytime and 120gb Night Time. I have NEVER used 120gb Anytime data in one month. All of a sudden this month my data finished on 17 March 2024, and that is without me doing any extra surfing which I havent done in the last 18 months. Getting hold of Telkom is a lost cause as you only reach self help or bots.

SNATCHER - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Further to my initial review regarding the products received from Snatcher that DO NOT WORK, I received an email from them asking if I want to return the product BUT I cant return it if it has been used. So what am I supposed to NOT use a product to see if the thing works as it is supposed to? Please, DO NOT BUY FRO SNATCHER. You will be wasting your money.

Snatcher - Extremely unhappy client
I have been ordering products from Snatcher for quite a while now. I sent an email to them yesterday regarding the quality of the products that I have purchased which actually are useless as they dont work. 1. Robot sweeper - doesnt sweep anything 2. Solar lights that dont last even 3 hours in the evening after they have switched on 3. POWERFUL scrubber that stops as soon as it touches another object. I have spent close on R1000 for the products and delivery costs involved, and am not able to use any of them. The reponse I got from Snatcher is asking me how can they assist me further?! I would advise customers not to purchase anything that is actually supposed to perform any kind of function, as it is going to waste your hard earned money. They only things I suggest purchasing is product with non moving parts.

Homechoice at it again
Last year I had a problem with Homechoice regarding an order that they said was dispatched to me that never arrived for months, and then I had to fight to get the product which I never received off my account with them. Last week I checked my Credit Report and lo and behold, Homechoice decided that because I made an issue on Hello Peter regarding their service, they will do 5 credit checks on my name from Sept 2022 till February 2023, just because they can, as I can get no legitimate answer as to why the checks were done, knowing full well that it has adverse affects on my credit rating. So hopefully now because I once again had to revert to posting on Hello Peter, I might actually get an answer, as well as Homechoice requesting the credit bureau to remove their checks from my reports. I find this all so distateful.

Homechoice - Not a happy customer
Oh dear. This is my favourite, favourite company at the moment. I placed an order for an airfryer on 16 November 2022. On 24 November, I asked what is going on with my order. All of a sudden my order is packed and handed to the courier company. After a lot of too'ing and fro'ing, this order was then cancelled on about the 5/6th December 2022. Lo and behold I get charged for the Airfryer which was NEVER delivered to me and they cant take it off my account until the "courier" returns this item. NOT MY PROBLEM, i would say. This item was NEVER despatched from their warehouse and they now want to charge me for something that was NEVER received.

Joom - what a farce
I placed an order in December for a Mystery Box which is supposed to include a lot of products as I paid over a R1000. Received my so called "Mystery Box" today to receive a wireless mouse worth maybe R150. I am totally disappointed and would advise people against doing business with Joom.
