Bought the 10 inch trampoline on 21 September 2025 Frame is bending... its not safe for my kids and not value for money. I should mention that the frame is thinner than my previous trampoline. It is in the same area as my previous one. Previous one lasted over 10years, before the mat was irreparable.
good system. back up service is there although sometimes slow to respond but overall fix any problems I have experienced
I have been with vodacom for over 20years. I have no problem with the product or signal... in fact I love it. I do have a problem when it comes to bad service. I received a call in November/December 2024 regarding an upgrade of my internet. I specifically asked that it will be an upgrade and not a new line as I did not want or need a new line. I was unpleasantly surprised when I got my invoice in January/February with a new line on it. I decided to call the customer care center to have this sorted out or canceled and after confirming with the voice recording that I did specifically ask for an upgrade and not a new line. It was arranged that the modem was to be returned and my money refunded. I received an sms from skynet to collect the product and it was thereafter picked up and I have the waybill to confirm this. Since then I have continously called to follow up on the status of thus issue as I am still getting charged for this internet package which I now don't have (and have never used). I was then informed that the modem was never received by vodacom which if bluntly said not my problem. It was then said that the courier is not signing off that it was returned in order for cancelation to be done at vodacom. I have also seemingly become a pest to vodacom for calling the call center daily to follow up on this problem. This is being said as the vodacom system has deemed it necessary to block my phone from contacting them due to "suspected *****" I would also like to add that I have been speaking to 2 different agents, vhulenda mashau, and karabo tshabalala, who both promised follow ups but have both not fully delivered on their promises. I have been emailing them both on a regular basis but have not heard anything from them since the 15th April. I have stated that I will not be doing business with vodacom anymore if I don't get communication but it has fallen on deaf ears. As such I will very likely be switching over to another service provider for both my and my wife's cellphone contracts as well as our existing internet contract. I have said stated telephonically that i will be stopping my debit order with them immediately on the 15th to which I received a casual, "this will affect your credit rating". This whole scenario has happened due to the call center thinking they could con me into having an extra line. I will recommend not saying yes to a upgrade via telephone as they dont know or do what they say. Vodacom is not as serious about keeping their clients anymore so let's see if Mtn or Cell C will look after us better
Communication is terrible Delivery promises were not upheld Afterservice is bad. At office I was left standing outside for over 20 minutes I will never recommend this company to anybody, and can't believe that Vodacom uses Ram to deliver anything
I had a fully comprehensive insured cell phone with vodacom through finrite insurance. I upgraded my phone and asked that my insurance be transferred to the upgraded phone. I found out about 2 or three months later by accident that my request was not done. I thought well hey since the old device is still insured I'll get the screen fixed; which broke during the time I still used it. I sent the old phone into vodacom to have it repaired only to be told by finrite that I cannot claim due to not having my simcard in the device. I have listened to the voice recording and it states that I may not have another simcard in the insured device but nothing about having no simcard in it. I am now not getting any response from finrite and feel they are not honoring my insurance claim. I have been with vodacom for almost 20 years and have never experienced such bad service in my life. I will not recommend finrite insurance to anyone
