On Sunday evening I bought 3x chicken tighs, I was told it would be a few min wait as they still were cooking. When I got home the whole box was soaked in oil the chicken was not crispy and out of hunger had a little which made me sick. Next morning I saw I could report this to KFC which I did, after their response I supp**** everything they asked for and now I’m still in the dark as to how they are going to help. This was my first and last time I will ever go back and buy any more from them plus I’m disappointed with the customer care for not getting back to me….very bad experience to say the least. I was over charged at the exit in Century city July 2025, I I submitted a refund claim at Tableview 7 July after waiting for a month I went back to Tableview they told me to contact the CT offices which I did, then I’m told by the office They have not received my claim form…I then sent them a photo copy of my claim with the proof from Tableview, after several emails I’m still waiting and nothing is getting done, it’s almost 2 months is this a **** to make extra funds it’s just not acceptable.
After my Oder was placed on the 6 August with an expected delivery between 11 & 18 August I contacted them yesterday after no delivery or any communication about my order. I was told my order is out of stock….what I shock, they take the order and keep me in the dark all this time, is this ethical? If they had stock when I ordered why is there no stock now? If I hadn’t contacted them I would still be none the wiser, support quickly sent me and email after this event…. I’m beyond upset. Now I have no idea of when there will be stock either.
I written several emails to DSTV as my competition entry on their app does not work. As before they tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app, it still doesn’t work. Then they send me a link to report the problem. The link has nothing to do with completion entries it’s for other rewards so obviously it won’t work. It’s so frustrating. I send screen shots of the problem and they can’t get it right. They must reply by email and not try and call me as I need concrete help.

At the beginning of every month on the rewards you can spin the wheel and win prises. I won aA money-can’t -buy experience with my spin on Wednesday 6 Nov. Usually you get an email immediately with a voucher and a PIN number . I didn’t receive an email or SMS so I wrote to them on Thursday, still no reply so I wrote again on Sunday, eventually I had a response but the first person helping kept saying they are resending the voucher, you can do nothing unless you get a PIN number so a few emails were exchanged until someone realised that I’m telling them I need a PIN number to use on the portal otherwise I cannot claim. They said they would escalate the problem and get back to me…we’ll I’m still waiting.
I recently wrote an unsatisfactory review about Renu as I was not happy about unfinished painting after they left our premises. But I’m very happy to report they returned to complete everything and have gone over and above my expectations to ensure that I am happy. I would highly recommend this company for taking account of my review and immediately taking action to rectify what was previously reported. Well done Renu and all your team! Stunning workmanship.
This is the second box of 18 eggs bought from ShopRight where the eggs are full of chicken poo. I thought the eggs had to be checked before packed. Also the pack says X large bath there are more small eggs in the box not even medium. Very dis satisfacted.
The job is not complete and they have disappeared we were never advised that the job is complete. I understand they are looking for their final payment but we have not signed off any paper work to say we are satisfied or if there is anything outstanding. There was very little quality control, they have gone and not cleaned up after leaving nor moved back outside fixtures that they said we must leave until they have cleaned up. The painting I in our unit is not complete, half down pipes painted, the wall under gutters not painted….all in all disaster….I would not recommend this company at all. We were at home witnessing the worker 95% of the time, friendly but not interested in getting on with the job or caring too much about quality. Had to point out a few places that they missed and now still plenty still unfinished. They did not complete the job in the specified time frame, started the job then disappeared until we complained and they returned on their own time. So job never done according to quoted time frame. It will take a lot of time and funds to fix their unfinished mess. They are supposed to be a reputable company, But in estimation at all.
I have been having an on going problem, first my reward for an upgrade for a month was not activated. Now I’m being billed for the upgrade instead of getting the reward. Is this not *****, how can you give an anniversary upgrade reward for a month and now I must pay for it? This is a ****…..I truly don’t need this outright ******** business in my life…fix your rewards properly or don’t give them….reverse it I don’t need it.
