Zero Communication
I made a purchase over the weekend, I called today to see where the order but was not able to get hold of them as the phone number rings out. I then decided to email both email address for them to bounce back. The Instagram page hasn't posted since Oct 2024. There are similar reviews on HP for this year. Is the company still in open?

The Company is a joke, the CX experience is extremely lacking no one takes accountability to service the customer. You pay monthly fees for nothing.
