My data sim has been out of service for the past 8 days. I called Vodacom customer care concerning the matter and was told to do a sim swap which would cost me R65. I did so and the new sim still indicates “No Service” . This reflects poorly on Vodacom’s service as the contract has already been paid however, I can’t even use it !!! I’m highly disappointed with Vodacom and want to cancel my contract with immediate effect!
I am very disappointed in the service as well as the lack of communication from the staff. I made an order and waited over 20mins for my order only to discover that the item is unavailable and I didn’t get reimbursed. This reflects badly on the staff and fast food joint because it’s not the first time I experience this. 😕👎. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased my kellogg’s chicken noddles a week ago and I was disappointed to find mould on the noddles. This is huge health hazard and inspections must be done before the product is allowed to be put out there for consumers to buy
My claim was logged several weeks ago and I still have not received my money or feedback. I have called several times with no success. This is a very bad reflection on the company and highly disappointing.
