Bought a dress at PEP Bracken fell less than a month ago. Wanted to exchange for something of exactly the same value. Price tag still on. The manager Gaby had no empathy when I asked since I exchanged previously and they asked to keep the slip I said it is fine. The manager just said No and told me to go back to Cape Gate. Asking her again she had no empathy or consideration for the financial expense of driving from Parow to Cape Gate. These young managers should be trained better. Not my first encounter with her and still the same attitude. Dismissive and rude. Pep Cape Gate amazing staff and managers same for N1 City Pep and Pep Home customer service always. You should do better Pep
I was booked on a bus to Knysna leaving at 6:35am today. Intercape messaged to inform me of time change and carrier changes on 1/9/24Also telephonically confirmed with my daughter who booked my ticket. Paid an Uber 71.00 to bus terminus only to find out I was not booked on the bus apparently there was a "glitch" in the system and after waiting 40 minutes was told I have to take an evening bus. No apology from Carmen who was assisting me if you can call me having to enquire after waiting and no one keeping me updated apparently Kutalo from head office said there was a glitch. Taup to now no Ona phoned to apologize. Uber back 60.00.wasted 130.00 on Intercape incompetence and lack of empathy. I wiil never use there services again.
I am eriting this review towarn people to NEVER EVER buy a car from Autofocus Parow. There advertising on social media is so impressive but they are dishonest ,underhanded and the owner does not keep his word. After they have your money...they "help" using the cheapest option and you go back again and again your problems never get resolved. Mr Nizaam Fredericks the illusive owner.
I previously reviewed this organisation because of terri le service. I must mention Siya from the security cluster and Bernie Marshall operations manager for the cleaning company two amazingly professional and just good people. Grandwest you are fortunate to have people like this. Isues was resolved no thanks to the management of Grandwest Casino but employees that are sub-contracted. Says Lpt about you. Well done to Fidelity and Masana!!!!
After a terrible experience with a consultant from Santam and I cancelled my policy what a breath of fresh air was Ebrahim Jamodien today.Friendly, informative, apologetic(even if it was not his fault)he has restored my trust in Santam and that was not easy. Well done to you!!!i dont regeret going back to Santam
My son left his fone in the toilet and when realizing went back immediately only to find the cleaner gave the fone to someone else. Informing the security they send him to lost and found. Nothing. My issue is that it's been a week of emails and personally speaking to the staff at GrandWest Casino. No one has responded informing me of there investigation even the sit manager Mr Naicker has not responded. In the process of not resolving this issue I have lost al confidence in Sun international they can ban people for petty things but there own staff whether contract or permanent is there responsibility!! They have also lost five potential young clients with there mismanagement of this situation and word of mouth is a powerful tool. GrandWest Casino and Entertainment has lost all credibility and have no customer service or professional ethics
I returned a garnet I bought cash at Truworths. Waterfront Truworths refused to assist me in a refund saying "they do not have enough cash to refund me" this was after twelve in the afternoon.!!!! Previously the same happened at Tygervalley where they also did not have enough cash to refund me, Truworths you are in breach of your contract with me. Clearly you do not read your refund policy at the back of your till slips. Well I do!! What business are you running for such an international brand. I'm telling everyone I know and reporting you to the Ombudsman. When I bought the jacket I could not say " wait till I have enough money to buy the clothing item but give it until I can pay you the full amount. You should close your doors. The consultatant at the cash desk.....horrible attitude!!!no customer care skills. The manager! !even worse. She definitely has a chip on her shoulder. Attitude and lack of general managerial skills. No thinking outside that small box this is who truworths employ and give managerial position to. Wow!!!!!
Third time in 3months i have had to leave a truworths store because they did not have enough money to refund my purchase branches include Tygervalley....N1 City.....Parow. yesterday i checked online on a dress which they said has 1 at V&A waterfront. When i got there they had the dress on a mannequin and refused to take ot off "they are not allowed to" what the hell!!!! Im the customer what happened to customer service inthis country and this is waterfront!!!!after my very bad attitude and threats the manager eventually conceded. I expect so much more from a company like truworths. So disappointed. Wen i bought the dress they didnt say take the dress cone back when you have all the money so why can they not refund me....
