I have been a customer to Matrix Vehicle tracking for +-8yrs . I have a fleet cover with them. I do uber, and i have 2 cars. Both of them has the Matrix tracker. My husband's car is also covered by them. On the 20th of February 2025 , one of my drivers was almost hijacked. He pressed the panic button and no response from Matrix Vehicle tracking. By God's grace he managed to fight the ****s. He called me afterwards to let me know that's what had just happened. I asked him to press the panic button again there was no response. I called them the following day only to be told that the current cars are not active since 2019. The cars that are still active are the old cars that i sold in 2019. I asked them to sort it out, up to now (13/03/2025) the matter is still not resolved so basically i m paying for the service that is not being provided. In short , think twice before using their services
I have recently ordered goods from Shein. Buffalo logistics was my freight forwarder. The service was amazing. In less than 8 days my parcel was delivered. WELL DONE BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL
Is FNB too good to call me so we can resolve my issue. I have been requesting for a call and they just ignoring me.. I m still not agreeing to what they saying on email and i requested my revolving loan statement balance even that they cant send it to me. I really don't know what to do.
FNB's service, horrible is under statement. As i said from many of my reviews here on hellopeter. I m still waiting for someone at FNB to call me and explain what happened to my so called refund of my interest. Its only R3999 i m sure for FNB is like a drop in the Ocean but for me its a lot of money. Fnb did a whole reccon of the overdaft account and sent me an email to say I was refunded 3999 back, what they failing to understand is that they refunded it and took it back again. Now i need to talk to someone and explain that. Their email comes from NO-REPLY how am i suppose to talk to them. I felt lost the day they moved Tracey from the Debt Review department. She was quick to respond to queries and she had the knowledge and the empathy to understand the customer's frustration. Now i have to deal with Celeste that doesn't return calls or even bother to respond on my emails. She agreed to me that every month she will send me my revolving loan statement so i can make sure they allocating it correctly as i don't trust FNB. For the past 2 months i have been phoning and sending emails requesting the statement she has just been ignoring me. Abdul the team leader, i have called numerous times and left messages up to now he still didn't call me back.
This is the worst tracker company. Their account department is a mess, for the entire period of my contract i did not get 1 tax invoice or a statement. The billing is not up to date, even the debit order doesn't run concurrently. Insurance companies don't even know them as a tracker company. I cancelled my contract 2023 May , i was told to pay a cancellation fee of R600. I chose the deposit option as i could not trust their debit order system. I only got the banking details on the 24 June 2024 after i had to call numerous times and sent emails. The service is pathetic
I m writing again about the interest that was wrongly charged on my account. FNB is now ignoring my emails. I really regret ever having an FNB account.
Superb, superb 👌 service. I love shopping at Shein, quality of their clothes is amazing. I have recruited friends and family so shop at Shein. For the past 1 year and a half I have been their loyal customer and I m not about to stop anytime soon. My whole family is dressed by Shein. Very happy 😊 😃

I really don't know anymore what to do with FNB , i keep the account active because i owe the bank personal loan. The problems i m having with this bank since 2021 is like a horror movie. I have been charged 200 of unpaid Item on the 18th May 2024 , the date of the transaction shows 24 May 2017, yes you seeing right ..... the transaction is 7 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!
I really don't know what to do anymore with FNB . On the 30th June 2023 they cleaned my account, on the eve of my debit orders going out. Which resulted on all my debit orders returned unpaid. The matter was resolved and FNB paid the money back into my account, but in the process all those debit order had now the unpaid fees which amounts to almost R1,000.00. Now i m asking for them to reverse those charges as it was not my fault for the debit orders to be unpaid. I get shunted from pillar to post. Since Beginning of July i have been told they are investigating. I have been calling and emailing and the response is "we are investigating. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS FOR HOW LONG MUST I WAIT. FNB IS ALL OF A SUDDENLY TO BIG TO CARE ABOUT US SMALL FISHES YET WE ARE THE ONES THAT MADE IT TO BE WHAT IT IS TODAY. IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY LIKE ME AND YOU LOOKING FOR A BANK TO JUST USE FOR YOUR SALARY AND YOUR DAY TO DAY THINGS, PLEASE DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT FNB. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU OWE THEM MONEY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT EVEN WARNING YOU. THEY DID THAT TO ME AND MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND THEY ADMITED THEY WERE AT FAULT. IM STILL CHASING THE BANK CHARGES
