I wrote a review on the Hellopeter page. They rep**** but I didn't get assistance from the branch.
Old Mutual consultant and brokers are heartless. They have been signing up policies on my behalf since August 2024 and I have proof of that. They even go to an extent of deducting money directly from my salary advice. I went to the branch and they said I must bring all my salary advices from last year. They also showed me that someone signed the policy on my behalf but they still want me to bring the salary advices. I want all my money because I'm going to open a case of traud.
Still waiting for their call and my money. I'm going to take this further because they don't care about their customers.
I canceled my contract with Rain last year in September 2024. They did cancel the contract but continued debiting my account. I tried calling them but they never responded until I tried again. ONE of the consultants promised me that they will refund the money for the two of months but I have not yet received my money.
I have been experiencing network problems for the past weeks. I tried to contact Rain but to no avail. I even tried to use the app but it keeps requesting for an update. I tried updating it but it doesn't work at all.
FNB car insurance took my car to Multispray in Vanderbijlpark. This i the worst Panelbeater I have ever known. Since my car was there, they have never communicated with me. They sent me a lousy SMS after I called the insurer. I don't want to mention the receptionist who will leave you for an hour hanging up. I don't know how far they are but I already feel that they won't do justice to my car. I will definitely make sure ghat I hire an AUDI APPROVED ASSESSOR TO ASSIST ME AT MY OWN EXPENSE. I know Panelbeaters like RAC IN ROODEPOORT which will call and send pictures for each process during repairs. No explanation or information of what the insurance will cover or nor. I will never recommend them to anyone.
FNB Insurance is the worst insurer I have come across. I was involved in an accident on the 15th of December 2023. I fully understand that Panelbeaters and assessors were not available at that time. The consultant went on leave and approval for repairs were not carried out because she was not available. FNB is the one which delayed in approving the process but I am the one who's going to suffer for the next donkey weeks as I have to return the car to Avis. I know that I only had to use the car for 30 days but I still maintain that the insurer failed me.
I got stuck in the mud and I called the insurer to tow my and the consultant told me that they said they can't assist me because their tow truck wull also stuck in the mud. I then claimed fir damages and Moipone was assigned to assist me but to my supprice I am the one who's always checking on the progress. I sent her an email 2 weeks ago and I have never received any response. I called the insurer to cancel the policy but I was told it's only done by Discovery insure brokers. I spoke to the broker who confirmed that he listened to the voice recording wnhere I was told that there's no excess to be paid on my claims. The same broker called back ti inform me that he's going check the voice recording again for confirmation of the car hire. It's almost Thursday and since he called me on Monday 6th June 2022 he never got back to me. What type if customer service is this, I am totally disappointed.
I am supprised that you decided to respond after 6 months of my misery. The last time I called Coricraft Head office, I was told that I must pay R4800for the replacement of the new couch plus collection fees of R700. They even threatened me that they are going to send an evaluator to check if the couch is still in good condition. I really want to see if this will happen because I hope I will not end up in hospital for the second time due to depression caused by this unfaithful Coricorrupt furniture shop.
I bought a couch from Coricraft Bedworth park and they delivered the incorrect one. The salesperson promised me that they will collect it and bring the correct one but when she was called again she told us that we should go and report them and we will never be able to get what we want.
