Do not buy Vivo phones in this branch
Do not buy Vivo phones in this store. They will swap your earphones and give you cheap earphones instead of your original vivo earphones and any other accessory you are not aware off that you were supposed to get, they will keep for themselves.

Worst service
No customer service at all it's just theatre, sent emails, tried to call and what did everything since December. All the refunds never reflect on my account. Unethical and worst service ever.

Takealot allowing big companies to not get bad reviews
They do not take bad reviews for big companies. They simply reject the review and do not post it. The company first choice is posting deceptive pictures of products and takealot allows such to take place.

Thandi Molefe (unprofessional agent)
Thandi Molefe is an agent around Kagiso.. she forces you to sign a power of attorney and uses her friend`s home loan company (Get Go Home loan)... she sells houses for law24 properties and if you refuse to use GetGo home loans, she doesn't help you with a house nor respond to you... unprofessional.
