I have been trying to get information from homechoice on where to send my paid up letter for months now because they are messing with my credit score with no luck. I call and get put through to the wrong department and the wrong department sends me to another wrong department and so on.
My Items where ****** from my even though I wasn't packed far from the security guards. I went to report this the same day. Received a call that they can not assist me because they can't see clear on the cameras. Why is there security and cameras when they can't assist with nothing
I am so disappointed at the fraud that Vodacom did. They sold an elite mobile SIM card to me and told me that I was going to pay R150 per month. Only to find out I have 3 debit orders from elite mobile that I am not aware of. Imagine paying more than 3 times the price u had agreed on, with added benefits of car insurance and other things that I had not agreed on. Vodacom better fix this or I will be calling the fraud department
MTN has a very poor service i wouldn't recommend the network to anyone. The best decision would be porting to another network. How do they chow half of the amount that you have recharged with and the best answer that they can give is you have subscribed with something. That is not a good enough answer! I want my airtime back
Never open an account at Truworths they will scam you and overcharge you. I called their call center today and they couldn't answer why I am paying the installment I am paying. The consultant said she will calculate and she put me on hold for a good 6 minutes until I dropped the phone.
