Totally recommend these lashes! Delivery was super fast and applying the lashes are much easier than I anticipated. Best thing I’ve bought in a long time! (I’ll admit, I was worried that it might be a **** because initially I didn’t see many reviews or comments on their facebook posts. Rest assured, tried and tested.. no ****! It’s real!!) Absolute trash service from BASH. I ordered online during the “Foschini Beauty Sale” where you Buy 1 and receive 50% off on the second item. My order was placed more than a week ago and never handed over to the courier. Later got cancelled because RAM attempted to collect the order 3 times. Called on Monday and they promised that the order would be delivered by Wednesday, on the latest Thursday. After numerous calls to try and solve this, the Bash support team kept telling me that it has been escalated. Called again today to find out what’s happening as the order STILL hasn’t gone out, and got informed that they’ll just refund me. I asked if they can place the order again and they just said “NO”. I’ll just have to order again. If I order again, I won’t be given the discount I got when buying the items when on special. How is this ok? They aren’t willing to give me the discount I got when buying the items on special. Not even an apology. This is PATHETIC! I could have bought the items in store but I trusted the bash app. WON’T RECOMMEND.
A call agent offered me a two month voucher because of the fact that they upgraded things over night and I wasn’t able to use Showmax after paying for it. I came here to say how disappointed I was after NOT receiving any feedback or voucher. They then contacted me via email but now only wants to give me one month! The bullsh is just piling up and getting worse from them. MORE EMPTY PROMISES, MORE SHI**Y SERVICE. I can not believe that an actual business can operate like this.
Absolute BULLSH* service from Showmax. After my initial complaint (more than 2 weeks ago) one of the consultants gave me a call. She was pretty decent and nice, offered me a 2 month voucher to make up for the fact that I wasn’t able to use Showmax after paying for it. She promised to send an email as confirmation and to load the voucher so that the next two months would be “on them” and that I won’t be billed. No response since, no email, and NO F-ing showmax because my month “expired” and they want me to pay again. Called the number that she called me from, and I got through to a “Dave” in IT. He gave me the number for customer care (which was Multichoice) and the lady who answered was so damn stupid and tried to explain that they are having difficulties with the app and that they are busy with the migration - NO **** SHERLOCK, that’s exactly what I TOLD HER, why I got offered a voucher- is because it wasn’t f-ing working and I complained about not being able to use Showmax. When I asked her if she listed to me she said yes, so I asked her to tell my what I said, why did they offer me a voucher? She rep**** with “because you want to watch showmax”. I then explained again that I was offered the voucher BECAUSE I KNOW THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE NEW APP AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT- she went ahead to drop the phone in my ear. What a great way to handle things! Absolute ****. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Showmax has “updated” or changed the app without informing paid subscribers. The new app isn’t working properly (or not working at all on my side) and none of the complains are acknowledged by them. I see here that they copy and paste a reply to all the bad reviews, but they don’t offer support at all. I’ve inboxed them on Facebook Messenger and they’ve stopped responding and now they just ignore / don’t open my messages. My TV was compatible with the old showmax app and came out with it, now it wants me to download the new app but my tv doesn’t have a playstore. It’s a Hisense Tv. This is absolute bs. The worst part is that they have the audacity to keep on posting adds on social media of how great the new app is while ignoring the hundreds of complaints and comments on those post where it’s clear that none of the paying customers are happy. Super disappointed.
Terrible service from FNB Connect. I have the Talk Max plan, which should include unlimited calls and talk time (minutes). I haven’t been able to make calls since it says that I need to top up my airtime (It’s a contract, I don’t need airtime) and there is NO WAY that I may have used too many minutes because I haven’t even been calling much recently with the terrible reception. I have sent an email to ask for help but after more than a day, I haven’t received any feedback. (So now I’m paying R334 a month for NOTHING.) Very disappointed.
Terrible customer care service. Unprofessional for such a well-known company. Very disappointed.
