Wealthtec or Wealth Tech have been phoning me every day. Despite explaining I am not interested, they keep phoning. I have blocked the following numbers: 078 359 1582, 078 631 5984, 078 628 8010, 071 749 8523. Seriously why do these call centres persist when you are not interested.
My geyser burst in the morning, I called OUTsurance just after 10am and by the end of the day we had a new geyser installed. They communicated every step of the way and the service providers were very efficient.
Since last week Standard Bank has been spam calling me every single day asking for someone else on my cellphone number. When I answer and explain I am not the person they are calling and they cannot do a security check to verify who I am, no-one makes a note on the system and I still get calls every single day. If I ask to speak to a manager they cannot transfer me because they are working from home. All the numbers start in 497.... How do you cancel an @intekom.co.za email address and stop the debit orders going off my account? Telkom needs to stop taking money out my account. As you have confirmed I do not even have a Telkom account. - I do not have a Telkom account but my bank account is debited R95,52 monthly. - I regularly reverse the Telkom debit order of and then a month later R286,56 is debited by Telkom from my account. - I have been to the Telkom Eastgate every month in person since July 2021 to stop this payment, after previously trying to make contact through the Telkom website and emails for years now. - I have sent a cancellation of my Intekom email account which was transferred to Telkom in 2001 because it is the only thing I can think that Telkom would be charging me for. - No invoices, statements or account number was ever received from Telkom for the email address. - Telkom is not managing Intekom at all anymore and I do not need this email address.
