I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. The experience has been very frustrating — calls are being disconnected, and it feels as though my attempts to get assistance are being ignored. This is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Contact Lens Club to anyone. I expected a far higher standard of customer service, I spoke to a Lady by the name of Allison that cut the call on me mid conversation. I had a very disappointing experience with Cartrack. The service did not meet expectations, and the promises made during the sales process were not delivered. I would caution others to be very careful and not rely solely on verbal assurances. Make sure everything is clearly documented in writing before committing.
after multiple promises from vodacom they still have not called to resolve the issue which is now over a month
Vodacom has one of the worst customer experience ive ever seen in my life, I'm currently on the call with them for 30 minutes been on hold for about 26 minutes, we had lodged a claim on the 11/08/2025 Ref No : S5-EJSA3-3RFU. They are telling me it should be resolved in 7 to 14 working days, we are on the 16th working day. These numbers that are being queried are business numbers!!!
I Have Contacted Miway legal team over a month ago with summons and still waiting for feedback, now i have received communication that if Miway does not act soon they will attach property of my grandfather. Claim No : C1607401
We are extremely disappointed with the service received from Sino Plant, trading as Black and White Truck Spares. Our unit was collected on the 30th of July, and to date, we have not received any quotation, explanation of costs, or clarity on why the warranty was voided. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, we have been met with silence and no meaningful response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment under warranty. We expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately, our experience has been marked by delays and disregard. We urge the company to take responsibility and provide the necessary feedback and resolution. Until then, we cannot recommend their services.
We have had an issue with vodacom consultants giving us the run around, we were advised to switch our phones to airplane mode and restart the device, we were then given instructions to restart the network settings no avail. I went into a vodacom store to do as sim swap as requested and it's still not working after the 3 hours promised. I called again and the lady wants to call the number that's not working. just imagine what a joke this is.
I have app**** for a reversal over 10 days ago yet no reply from the bank, on they calls they always tell you to use alternative like the message suite. That is sooo terrible and they never help. They tell me to email this email adress fnbdigitalrecalls@fnb.co.za so that they don't reply
i hate the service and attitude of the company and employees, everyone has a different thing that they say. i'm tired of poor service's and for a premier account
Poor experience, we have ordered on makro online however they are now not willing to fulfill my order. The least Makro can do is offer a substitute item within the same price range.
