I visited your store on Saturday to request quotes for the following: - 1x MacBook in the price range R12,000–R17,000 - 2x laptops in the price range R3,000 (please provide separate quotes for each item) The colored lady working on the floor refused to assist me, stating there were only three staff members available and that it takes long to generate a quote. She said they could help on Sunday and asked me to leave my email, name, surname, and product details. It's Monday now, and I've received no response. This makes me wonder if it was just a way to get rid of me. Can you advise on how best i can get assisted seeing that going to the physical store does'nt help?
Delivery was initially scheduled for Wednesday, 6 August 2025. I left a note indicating my working hours so the delivery could be arranged accordingly. The driver called around 09:00 while I was at work and not available at home. I requested delivery at around 16:30, as I finish work at 16:00, but the driver said that wouldn't be possible and advised me to contact the office. I then made alternative arrangements for the delivery to be made to my office, and it was rescheduled for Friday, 8 August 2025. Now, I’ve been told the delivery window is between 07:30 and 17:00—even though I clearly stated that I leave the office at 16:00. How is it that on Wednesday, a delivery at 16:30 was not feasible, yet now they claim deliveries go until 17:00? It simply doesn’t make sense. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I’m not sure whether to hold MTN accountable for using this *********** delivery service, or to blame the delivery company itself. To make matters worse, I tried calling to track the driver and was told they can’t locate them. How is that even possible? This level of service is completely unacceptable.

The worst worst!!!! With ridiculous prices but no maintenance on those freakin old buses, i boarded a bus from umtata to cape town on the 06 January 2022 at 14:00 our bus broke down in the middle of nowhere!!!! and we had to wait for another one from east london! And none of the service consultants were taking our calls , i just got off in cape town at 13:30 (07 jan), been travelling since yesterday . Im very disappointed i must say haven’t received even a mere apology from intercape i am disgusted!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this ****ty bus
