Good day, I have been in contact with Orchid Day Spa Cutty Sark Hotel Scottburgh for the past month trying to get an appointment. On four occassions they advised they fully booked, I was trying in the month of December and could understand them being fully booked, on the 23rd of December I asked for the first availability date which was set for today the 5th of January, I happily took the booking. This morning at 7:40am this morning i requested confirmation of my booking. At 9am it was confirmed, I further received a call at 13:06pm asking if I was going to show up at 4pm which I advised I already confirmed but they advised they are running late by approximately 15/20mins, which I didn't mind.As I drove to the spa at 16:01 I got a call advising that they had double booked my appointment time and unfortunately I need to reschedule. For me this is appalling service..how does 1 who booked 2 weeks prior get double booked! Does this spa not have a proper booking system? Anyways thank you for your brilliant service...you won't see me again!!! I'd rather travel to other spas that honour their appointments. Thank you for wasting my time and fuel.
To whom it may concern I purchased an item online on the 8th of May 2023, for R6999 which I paid for and my account has been debited. All I did was chose to pick the item up at the local Game Amanzimtoti, online allowed the item to be sold to me. Only for me to go into online to keep checking on my order has I had no confirmation, to find my order cancelled! And the reason for my order to be cancelled is that the store didn't have stock! That is ridiculous! If you buy online means you are buying from the warehouse or the online store not the local store which has limited stock! This I feel is pathetic service as I am not buying from the store but from the online store, now the promotion is over and stock is available online but a cost of R9999 wonderful to know. Now I need to wait for my money to be returned to me which will take 3-5 days. And I can buy it now at a higher price! Game needs to learn about Online sales!!! I am highly disappointed, there is other branches that have stock in KZN, but I can't get it! Not at the price I paid! Total ******* and you guys know nothing about online sales!!! You guys are the reason for you own downfall as a company! Let's hope you'll know how to return my credit, cos I used a Virtual Card. Disgusted by Game online! If anyone can correct this let me know, as your call centre agents can't help!
Decided to have supper at Nando's Arbour Crossing on Friday the 23th of December, we placed an order for a full chicken with 2 sides meal, we requested for well done...sadly when we got home, it was not well done, it was well burnt, burnt to bitter. U couldn't eat it, I sent Nando's a post on Facebook messenger with pics n the slip, still awaiting their customer care to contact me, I left a review on Google, still nothing. Guess they don't give a damn about customer service. Thanks Nando's for showing how much you value your customers, we just another customer, when one goes another will come.
After seeing numerous ads on my social media regarding Pep and their R499 DSTV Deal which comes with installation, I visited Pep to purchase the item, only to find they had no stock, I then went online not to miss out on the offer and purchased 2 of the deals with installation. The items/decoders were delivered timeously, only to find out from installers and that they need a voucher to install and what I purchased does not come with installation. I've called numerous call centre's with no help what so ever. DSTV can't be false advertising their products. Very disappointed with Dstv and their call centre's and their inability to assist, their a scam for all I care. With installation means it comes with installation...not install yourself.
