MTN service is so appalling. What does it take to get a business cell phone contract? No one gets back to me! Your phones don't get answered or they don't exist, sent emails with no reply, sent a complaint on Messenger and still no word from MTN. This is why I left MTN a few years back and went with Vodacom. I thought things would be different now but clearly it's not! Very disappointed.
I purchased a pair of shoes online from UnderArmour, wore it about 5 times and noticed it started to rip on the side. Contacted them and they advised me to either have them collected or returned to a store, I chose to return it to the store. At the store they refused to exchange it as it did not have a box! Honestly, how was I supposed to know the shoes would have a fault and that I needed to keep the box. I have now taking it up with UnderAmour and after a week now no reply from them on when it will be collected. Numerous emails sent with no reply.

DO NOT USE RAIN! After my last complaint on hellopeter to Rain, I haven’t heard a word from them yet! Cancelled my subscription 2 months ago and I’m still getting billed and debited!!! I’m not the only person they’ve being ripping off!! Paying for something I’ve cancelled!! Worst of all there is no contact number to call.
WARNING⚠️ DO NOT USE RAIN!!! I cancelled my subscription in beginning of January, 1 week after I received it cos it did NOT work. I submitted my cancellation to them but they continue to debit my account! They took off in February R181.00 and now for March they deducted R479.00! Problem is there is no contact numbers for their call centre! I even went as far as to request a call back but nothing! I will however take it further with ombudsman! They are very quick in selling a product but to solve issues they will NOT help you. They ripping people off, I’m furious!!!!! If nothing gets done I will open a case!!!!

She went the extra mile to assist us in every way possible! Always willing to help and always with a smile. Thank you so much Hannetjie, you're the best sales person I have ever met! I just wish the vehicle industry had more people like yourself!
