UNISA service is very poor. Its been 2 weeks since I requested for the invoice and they keep on say the matter has been escalated to finance YET MY EMPLOYER IS FUNDING MY STUDIES AND WAITNG FOR THE INVOICE. I SPOKE WITH 5 PEOPLE ALREADY AT UNISA. I WISH I CAN JUST DEREGISTER BECAUSE IF THE DEADLINE COMES IN AND MY EMPLOYER DID NOT RECEIVE THE INVOICE THEY WILL NOT FUND ME
My elderly mother we paid R20700 into hers Capitec account. On the 9th March 2026 she went to Maclear branch to increase the limit so that she can be able to utilize the funds. Upon arrival she asked a CAPITEC CONSULTANT TO ASSIST HER INCREASE THE LIMIT AND SHE REFUSED STATING THAT SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO ASSIST CLIENTS WITH ANY BANK RELATED ISSUES. My mother is old she begged the consultant and she said noooo she can not assist her. My mother was vulnerable needed help from the branch and she ended up asking a person that was there and the person increased the limit for my mother while Capitec consultant was watching doing nothing that person switched the bank card of my mother and left with her card because ONE OF CAPITEC CONSULTANT REFUSED TO ASSIST MY MOTHER AT MACLEAR BRANCH. If Capitec consultant assisted non of this would have happened. Why did she refuse to perform her duties especially seing that my mother is old and does not have an app.
MIWAY CAR INSURANCE THEIR SERVICE IS BAD DONT EVEN TRY TO INSURE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM I REQUESTED FOR A CANCELLATION ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER, THEY DELAY THE PROCESS UNTI THE 29TH BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. AND YES THEY DEBITED AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. WHY SHOULD I WAIT LONG TO GET MY REFUND WHEARES ITS THEM THAT DELAYED THE PROCESS.
MIWAY INSURANCE They are the worse company you could sign up with. I started requesting for a call at the before the 5th of November 2025 till now I have not had from them. Yesterday I sent a request again up to so far no call has been made. Whatever you do. do not insure your vehicle with MIWAY their customer services is poor. they do not care about clients.
I purchased a Hisense cellphone from Pep in Site C in November 2024. The phone started having issues, so I returned to Pep in February. They initially requested earphones, which I didn't understand because the issue was with the phone, not the earphones. To avoid delays, I went home to fetch the earphones. Upon returning, they then requested the charger, so I had to call someone to bring it. After they booked the phone for repair, I was later informed it was ready for collection. When I collected the phone in March, the same issue persisted, so I returned to Pep. I explained the problem and was told I would be refunded. However, when I arrived, it was past 12:00 PM on a weekend, and the cashier informed me that the manager had stepped out and I should return during the week. Since I work Monday to Friday, I asked if I could send my sister in my place, and the cashier agreed, with the security also confirming it was fine. Unfortunately, my sister couldn't go during the week either, so I went back on the weekend. When I spoke with the manager, she said she couldn’t get in touch with the person responsible for refund authorization, and that I’d need to come back during the week. I asked again if my sister could handle it, but the manager said no. I returned again last week, and they began the refund process. However, halfway through, the manager said they couldn’t proceed without authorization and that I should come back on Tuesday. I explained that I work during the week but would be free until 12 PM on Monday. The manager confirmed she’d contact head office first thing Monday morning. On Monday, she called to say the person responsible was not at work, and I would need to return on Tuesday. Then, on Tuesday, I received another call saying the manager was off sick and they didn’t know when she would return. As a result, my refund could not proceed. It has now been almost a month, and I’ve been sent from pillar to post at Pep. The level of service I’ve received is unacceptable. Does this mean that if the manager is sick, I have to wait indefinitely for a refund? What if she’s sick for an entire month? Will Pep store operations be on hold for that long? at this pointing time I strongly advise people not to purchase a cellphone at Pep store at all. the service is bad.

On the 10th of September I made an online order selected truworths store collection point. Courier called me on the 12 Sep to confirm the delivery address. I went to the store to collect my parcel and i was told that the parcel has been delivered to a certain address not the store. when i called online they told me that the order was delivered at store and they were going to contact me on the 14 Sep up to so far no call has been made by truworths their customer services is poor instead they are busy sending me statement reminding me about my installment but they failed to deliver.
Truworths online store and their courier are ****mers. I made an online order selected Truworths store collection point. The courier called me to confirm the delivery and I informed the courier that the parcel will be collected at the store in Century city. To my surprise when I went to store to collect my parcel I was told that my parcel has been delivered to a certain address and someone signed for it. I called courier and the courier informed me that the parcel was delivered at Truworths store in Century city and the receiving clerk signed for the parcel. I called online they told me that the parcel was delivered to Century city store. The guy was assisting me at store seems un interested and when I asked him about the way forward he said he does not know. I am so disappointed with Truworths it was my first time placing an online order but the experience sucks I am definitely not recommending Truworths store to anyone if you don't want stress stay away from unfriendly and unreliable truworths online store.
I have approved the debit order on the 15 July 2024 and I was told that I will receive a call within 48 hours but I did not receive the call. I did the follow up the lady called me and said she is transferring the call to scheduling team but the line dropped without reaching the schedule team. Do day I did another follow up a schedule called me and inform me that the availability date is the 31 and on the 31 is the same date that you will be deducting the amount. How can you delay the process and expect to deduct on the 31 whereas you did not provide the service what will I be paying for exactly? On top of that the lady scheduled for today 19-7 for 08:00 but she gave me a call at 11am meaning the 08:00 has already passed can someone call me and explain what is this exactly
