I've been calling since last year. Each time I call I'm being told that IT will call me back. As I'm typing now I am speaking with Nolu who, rudely, put me on hold because she is probably too *********** to assist. I cannot log into the app, if i log in with my work email it takes me to the page to reset but I cannot reset with the same work email. It only allows me to reset with my personal gmail account. WHY CAN I NOT LOG IN WITH MY GMAIL?????? is there anyone in RCS that can assist. I mean for months now I been told that IT will assist. What IT? I mean we in 2026 and I'm still waiting for IT to call or to assist.
They dont even deserve the 1 star. Do not apply for a loan if you need the funds urgently. Day 2 still waiting for money. They say you will get the money by 8pm. Funny how their cut off to apply is by 2 but when the funds must be paid there is no cut off. They first said the following day then they said by 8pm then it changed to you will get the money 8pm. **** COMPANY!!!! Whats the use of even applying. The interest is charged on the day you take the loan but they dont pay same or following day but you are still required to pay that interest. What a LOAD OF BULL!!!!!!
