FANTASTIC GUIDED TOURS FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART
I had the most glorious trip to Namaqualand with this fantastic tour group. Right from the start the interaction was so co-ordinated. Serious awards due for organisational abilities compliments of Caro. Our guide was Michael - what an amazing gentleman who took care of every detail. Our days were filled with lots of fun, joy and laughter Not a care in the world. Cannot remember the last time we were catered for at this level. The safety and security aspects were covered well. Noland was our coach driver and notwithstanding his dedication to his careful driving, he nevertheless could not have been more helpful to all on board. Thank you all for such a wonderful trip. I am already booked for the next one and can't wait. Highlly recommendable.

HEALTH SQUARED MEDICL AID SCHEME TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.
This organisation thrives on sending irrelevant auto replies to whatever query you address them with. Even when you resign because of such atrocious service, they continue to haunt and harrass you with intimidating self opinionated literature. I fail to understand how current members continue to subscribe and tolerate such incompetence.

Great service and competitive prices
Need a battery in the Highway area go to this business in Oxford Centre. On two occasions they have extended their service and run more than the extra mile for me. The prices are very competive and they attend to a break down as quickly as possible.

Give Builders a miss and head for Build It.
Just one bad thing after another. This time I will not go back. Purchased 20 lts. paint. The container was faulty even though the seal remained intact. Dreadful mess in car. Builders representative told me to wash it with water which was like salt in the wound as we had no water in KZN for over two weeks. They have lost a very good customer and can cancel the card.

TOURING CAPE TOWN
These tour buses are absolutely fantastic. Able to see everything in and around Cape Town for very moderate price. Also wine tour amazing. Audio commentary simple and informative. Lastly the staff, especially on the tour bus (Charles and Johnathan) are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well done Cape Town for providing this world class service.

FANTASTIC SERVICE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
Would like to give a thumbs up for the resident nurse and receptionist at Dis-Chem clinic in Hillcrest Corner, KZN. Receptionist very polite and helpful without being pushy. Resident nurse a fountain of knowledge when advising on medical aid benefits. She made me feel she really placed my interests first. I hope Dis-Chem show these particular staff members their appreciation for going the extra mile.

FIVE STAR SERVICE IN DIFFICULT TIMES
At times when you least expect it along comes a Company like Speck KZN. I dealt with at least 4 different people all of whom were extremely friendly and helpful. Their knowledge was way better than anybody else I have encountered in the pool industry. Well done to you all for continuing to maintain such high standards in these difficult times
